Excellent property!

Wonderful property!! Very close to downtown and surrounding attractions.

Historic house, easy walk to oldtown Warrenton, Virginia. Several rooms in a finished basement..bedroom/living room, 2nd bedroom, dining room. Small kitchen with coffee, microwave, fridge (no range). Patio with separate door. Parking on site.

This apartment was even better than I expected. It was the perfect size and and more spacious than I thought it would be. The overall property is gorgeous with a cool history also. Owner was so nice and friendly. Definitely recommend staying here!

We were in town for a family wedding and stayed at this beautiful apartment. We are new to VRBO and Bill was so helpful and responsive. We would highly recommend this well appointed apartment and will definitely be back.

Overall the place was great, the property manager fantastic and very welcoming. Only 2 cons: it is not a lower level apartment, it is a basement. There were doors that were locked from inside the house, which I did not like for my own security. We had no way of locking the doors on our side, so we just had to hope no one would walk in. Spiders were everywhere, I hate spiders.

This is a great place that met all of our needs and exceeded our expectations. The owner was very accommodating and responded very quickly when needed. There is great character and charm to the "apartment" and it is central to old town Warrenton. We loved it!!!

Apartment was lovely in the historic part of Warrenton. Quite neighborhood. All amenities were perfect. Would stay here again.

After driving an hour and a half from BWI in the rain at night, we were looking to just get to our rental and relax. What a surprise my wife and I had once we arrived. It truly energized us once we walked into this very cool, and extremely unique rental. The well appointed coffee bar was a great treat after the long drive. The bed was the icing on the cake. Very comfortable and cozy. All and all our experience far exceeded our expectations. Our host was kind and responsive to all our needs although there really wasn’t any to speak of that was pressing. I highly, highly, recommend this unique rental. You will be glad you did.

I stayed here with 2 of my friends. There was plenty of space for us, host was responsive, and we loved the history of the house. The space was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Great property in a nice location. Quiet area and comfortable bed. We would definitely stay again and the host was very quick to communicate!

The property is in excellent condition. The apartment is well appointed with all the things you need for a short stay. Warrenton is a lovely historic town well worth a visit to the region.

Super cute space and very child friendly. William was very communicative. We had a great experience.

The historic rooms were lovely with old stone walls but everything else new and well taken care of. There were plenty of linens and towels. The kitchen was small but had a great coffee and tea set up with lots of choices which is all we needed. There was a bottle of wine and bottled water waiting for us when we arrived which was a nice touch. The location to old town Warrenton was great and we walked over for dinner and breakfast. A coupe notes: you do have to walk over grass and down some steps to get to the entrance - not a problem for us but might be for some folks. The bathroom is big but the shower is somewhat small - again not a problem for us but might be for some. All in all I recommend this rental.

The rental was Very nice stone and wood everywhere, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was Great!! The extra room with daybed and chairs was tastefully done. Dining table and chairs if you choose to eat in. (we went out to eat) Close to downtown.
