Been looking forward to getting our families together for the holidays and this property was perfect. There was plenty of space for both of our families to have our own space. The open living area has loads of natural light and feels so homey with plenty of seating for all of us to spend time together. There is a great deck to soak up the afternoon sun and the patio is also a great place to do some grilling and relax. I would highly recommend this property.

Had a great weekend at Robins house with my wife and a couple other couples over a fall weekend. Robin's house was perfect for us and very comfortable with plenty of space. The house was very clean. There was a storm a couple days prior to our arrival which knocked out the power and Robin gave me a warning in advance but luckily the power came back up before our trip. Robin called to check on saturday night to make sure the power was still up. Overall a great experience and i would definitely go back.

Weekend getaway with girlfriends. Owner was very responsive to questions during our stay. House was clean and comfortable, my only comments are 2 of the rooms that has twin beds are more for kids than adults, one of the rooms has a sloping ceiling in that if you get up too quickly you can bang your head on it. Also an upgrade on pillows would be great, they give very little support.

We’re three friend couples who annually spend a weekend in New England together. First time all together on the Cape. The House was centrally located and a very short trip to both the cape code bike trail, which we wanted, as well as to Chatham where we spent a fun day shopping and eating. Lots of great restaurants close by. The house is cozy and clean and we loved the numerous bedrooms. We were able to enjoy the backyard and screened in porch and had a fun game night in the living room. The kitchen is a narrow galley kitchen so we opted to eat out instead of cooking tho it was pretty well stocked if you did want to make a meal. Two things that are in the description but we had overlooked and I want to point out- despite paying both a cleaning fee and a linen fee- linens are left folded on top of each bed so you will need to make your own bed (and strip them when you leave plus put them in the laundry AND run it). At the same time check out is at 9am so you have to get up pretty early on a Sunday in order to get this done.. We did ask for, and Robin allowed us to, move our check out to 10 since the house wasn’t being rented the day we left - which in our experience is a more usual check out time for rentals, which we appreciated. If not for those two issues plus another one we had when we arrived (which Robin helped us with) I’d give this 4 stars.

We rented this property sight unseen and found it to be the most perfect rental we could have ever asked for to be on the Cape for our only son's wedding. It is very clean, very spacious, laid out to allow persons to stay downstairs, (my elderly Mom), as well three bedrooms upstairs with more space. The location to our venue and church was 5 minutes in either direction making it most convenient. The yard, screened porch and side deck also provide awesome space and with multiple gents afforded the opportunity for them along with my son to hang out aside from being with the "parents", etc. We couldn't have had the more perfect rental and all communication with the owner prior to our arrival was perfect and most amiable. We found that Covid protocols were in place, everyone felt safe and taken care of. My husband and I will be forever grateful for a weekend of memories we will cherish forever involving our son. Do not hesitate to rent this property, you will not be disappointed in any manner.

This property worked great for our family of three, with plenty of room to spare. Description and photos of property are accurate. All appliances and amenities functioned correctly and this property seems free of any odd quirks or weird exceptions. There is a playground very close by and a small beach as well. This is a great house to stay at!

My family and I had a great time staying at Robin’s home. The house had everything it promised and was in a great location - walking distance to a playground, small beach, ice cream and a short drive to great beaches, restaurants and downtown.

We loved staying in this coastal cottage right down the street from the beach in Dennis. We parked a short distance away and walked the trail to the beach. It was nice to reconnect with family and friends after the Pandemic. My four siblings and their families from MA & CT came to visit and there was plenty of room for all of us. The deck on the side of the house is very spacious and comfortable for socializing and eating. The home is very well stocked with everything guests need during their vacation. Check-in went smoothly and Robyn, the owner, was very helpful before and during our stay. The property manager, Ken, was also helpful and responsive when I called him about an A/C issue. He came out shortly and addressed the problem right away. We enjoyed a day trip to Nantucket out of Hyannis, eating at several local restaurants and shopping for gifts in Harwichport. This house is ideally located to easily travel for day trips to Chatham, Dennis, Harwichport, Brewster, Orleans, Truro, and Provincetown as well as the islands of Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. Thank you, Robin, for a fabulous and relaxing vacation week. I look forward to renting this comfortable cottage in the future.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely West Harwich house. Robin and her crew spared no expense providing every amenity possible for a very active family of 4. Whatever was listed in the property and amenities descriptions were there. We needed a house that had a bedroom for each of the kids and a bedroom for my wife and me. This house offered that and plenty more. During a few late nights, we partook in the family games available on the living room shelf. My youngest child learned how to play Monopoly and thoroughly defeat us in it twice. There were beach chairs for us to use when we went to the beach. I was able to cook hearty breakfasts with the well-stocked kitchen before we explored the Cape. Despite the plethora of restaurants in the area, I was able to barbecue three dinners at the house and we enjoyed every morsel. I really wanted to relax and enjoy at the house, but the Cape alone offers so much to do in terms of activities such biking, kayaking, mini-golf, beaches, and eating. However, we can only do so much. If you decide to stay in the Cape in the future, I highly recommend this house.

Good sized, well stocked, comfortable house. Plenty of outdoor space including a deck with furniture - great for outdoor morning coffee. Easy walk to beach and restaurants.

We loved this house for our small family reunion. It is spacious, comfortable and provides the perfect cape atmosphere. It is close to town and close to beaches. Good backyard for grilling, lounging, kids playing etc. Robin makes the entire process seamless, from check in to check out. Very communicative and helpful. She ensures extra time for cleaning, provided cleaning products, sanitizer, linens that have been washed and left alone for 7 days. All around a wonderful experience. Would love to stay here again! Great place. Nice location

We stayed in this home with 2 separate families and it was plenty of space for us. The outside deck areas were great places to eat outside, BBQ and have the kids play some lawn games which were provided in the garage. The home is quaint, comfortable and you can tell it's made for visitors to come and enjoy their time in Cape Cod. One note is there is very little noise cancellation between walls and rooms. It's understandable since it's a cape-style home and it's likely more than several years old, but just something to note if that is of concern. We had kids that were all up early anyway! We really appreciated how well stocked the home is and took advantage of the bikes in the garage too. Robin was quick to respond to all questions. Thanks for a great first experience at the Cape! It's a very lovely and tourist friendly area :)

The house is lovely. It has everything you need plus many thoughtful extras. The location is convenient to beaches, shops, restaurants, and the neighborhood playground. We plan to return every year!

The location was great - central to the many quaint towns on the cape. Robin provided us with a lot of good information and suggestions and the checkin process was so easy. We fell in love with Robin's roomy and conveniently located Cape Cod Home. The place was immaculate, and well equipped with everything we needed for a much needed, relaxing vacation. The charming town of Harwich (immediately adjacent to Dennis) the is the perfect central location for trips to Chatham, the National Seashore, the Rail Train, as well as local beaches, restaurants, and shopping. We came off season, (which is a great option if you are looking for a quieter, less populated Cape Cod). We were so thrilled with the accommodations and general locale that we've already booked for next year at this time! Thank you Robin for a wonderful experience!
