Very nice (tall!) place close to our family. Saw the northern lights from the rooftop deck at 4am. Really great communication with the host. Clean and tidy. With nice, little extras, like chocolate and mints. :)

We enjoyed our stay! The townhouse is lovely, clean, great kitchen with all we needed. Also a great location for walking (I found Larsen's bakery which was yummy).

The property is lovely - superb beds and baths. It was raining most of the week otherwise we would have made use of the roof deck. Off street parking was a boon as we explored nearby neighborhoods by car for dining. There was access to highways and thoroughfares into Seattle proper so that made the location convenient. We both would highly recommend.

We had two events, one in Burien and one in Ballard. This location had easy parking and entrance from the street side, also in the back. Separate living areas enabled private sleeping and one communal area to enjoy

We had a wonderful stay at this property. There were 3 adults for the duration of the stay in town to visit other family members. The property owner was extremely helpful and communicative regarding the property. The property was excellent. Exceptionally clean and in a great location!!

Loved this place! Only 20 minutes into downtown and easy parking in front in addition to the reserved spot in the back. It was exactly as described in the posting. The whole house was spotless and it felt like a very safe area. Comfortable beds and bedding, and the bathrooms had anything you could possibly need including makeup cloths and a men’s shaver. Added bonus is the rooftop- incredible views and comfortable furniture. I will definitely stay here again when I return.

Well-appointed and clean. Lots of stairs. Road noise due to central location on main thoroughfare. Lots of space.

Great neighborhood and new home with fully stocked pantry and all the amenities you need. Even had earplugs and white noise machines in the 2 bedrooms! Easy check in and easy communication with host . Wonderful place to stay , would highly recommend!

We really appreciated the attention to details in this condo with everything needed in the kitchen, washrooms, bedrooms and patios. Parking at the front door allowed easy access to the unit and for our daily excursions into the city as it’s one street directly into downtown Seattle. Highly recommend this for your Seattle housing

Spectacular view from the roof terrace. Easy check-in and plenty of street parking. Street was louder than anticipated but didn’t impact our stay. Perfect location for a friend’s wedding in Ballard.

This place was absolutely perfect for 2 couples visiting Seattle for a long weekend! The space was comfortable and exceptionally appointed. The separate levels for bedroom/bath provided privacy and the shared kitchen/living space and roof top deck were great for gathering. The property felt very safe, is in a nice neighborhood to walk and see festive Halloween decorations this time of year :), and is still conveniently close to tourist attractions downtown & restaurants in Ballard. Off street parking was a plus. Payton is an amazing host and I would highly recommend booking with her! Thanks for a great stay!

Every level on this property was mindfully decorated and supplied for daily living. The layout, form and function was better than expected. The view of Mt Rainier was a total bonus and we loved being miles from ALL the downtown attractions.

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious and elegant townhouse. Two beautiful master suites plus a comfortable living area. The rooftop patio is a great bonus space. Our host was very helpful and we enjoyed walking to dinner at one of the hosts excellent recommended restaurants in Ballard. The only small negative is that the unit is on a busy street. It was quiet at night but traffic noise picked up in the morning. It was not a problem for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Payton was a pleasure and a helpful communicator when we had any questions.
