Slightly difficult to find - it's in Church Street, Giggleswick rather than in Settle proper - but worth the effort. Bedrooms / Bathrooms newly done; and comfortable. Good breakfast!

Great stay at a pub at the heart of the local community. Wonderful location and room fittings, topped off by a top tier fried breakfast to prepare you for a walk in the Dales.

Friendly family run pub who made me feel very welcome. Room very nice, bed was comfortable and lovely en suite bathroom. Good selection of drinks and excellent food which were all good value for money. Would highly recommend staying here if your in the area.

The Inn has been recently refurbished to a very good standard; the room was spotless and the food was excellent. The room was warm even on a very cold night and the staff were very welcomiong and friendly. It is also located in a beautiful spot.

Access to the car park is very tight between two buildings and not good for anyone with a large car. I ended up parking on the street a short walk away.

Hidden gem. Stayed here on business for 1 night and can honestly say i will 100% stay again. The facilities are great. Best sleep in ages. Shower was awesome The main meal was lovely and breakfast one of the best I've had. Great stay and will be booking again soon.

Clean comfortable spacious room. Excellent shower, plenty of hot water. Excellent breakfast. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and that was delicious too.

Lovely historic old building recently refurbished to a very high standard. Great location, next to the parish church in the very pretty village of Giggleswick. If you're into photography the village will keep you busy for hours. A whole network of footpaths in all directions from the inn, ideal for dog walking. About a 15 minute walk into Settle centre. The inn itself is very dog friendly, we had our two with us and they were made very welcome by Marley, the resident dog and several other visitors in the bar. (If you don't like dogs then beware, you are likely to encounter several here). All staff very friendly and welcoming. Clearly a thriving local pub, we stayed for two nights and ate in the bar each night - two excellent meals. Breakfasts also very good, made fresh to order from the previous night. Room very comfortable and obviously newly furnished. Altogether a great vibe and a thoroughly enjoyable weekend.

Whilst there's an ample parking area at the back, the access to it is quite 'tight', which can't be helped due to the configuration of the old buildings. Getting in for the first time is a bit awkward but ok after that - be assured, a car will fit! A very minor point in the scheme of things, but a shelf in the bathroom would have been handy for toiletries etc.
