Hotel address/location is wrong.
And even the hotel owner's mobile number is fake.
He did not receive my call as well..
Make sure you are listing genuine hotels in the booking app.
I stayed another hotel.

There is no TV in the room and no Wi-Fi. The road leading to the room is bad. The work on the room has not yet been completed. The original rate of the room is not the rate shown on the booking com and it is higher. The staff are all cool

Nothing at all
1) They asked me to pay almost double the amount that was booked for.
2) rooms were dirty & had cockroaches
3) The washroom was not clean
4) location is difficult to find
5) No hot water

This is not a Hotel . Owner charged more than booking amount . Owner was extremely rude. Don't do Business with that owner and Hotel. Don't even recommend it to others. Don't have Water spray in Toilet. Rooms were extremely unclean.
