Communication prior to taking the villa was iffy. We had to ask for the codes etc to get into the property. On entering the villa we were met by a lizard and a few cockroaches that had set up home. The villa is getting a bit old and tired and is in need of some TLC. The sofas have badly fitting covers on them, and where the carpet meets the tiles, it no longer fits well so the grip bar tacks can be felt in your feet when you walk over. The villa had everything in that you needed, but little things like the overhead fans having a thick layer of dust, and the patio door frame needing a good clean, were a bit off putting and made the house feel a bit grubby. When we arrived the pool also had lots of black mould on the bottom of it and the netting in the patio area was broken. We reported the netting and it was fixed the next day. A pool cleaner person also came and cleaned the pool and got rid of most of the black mould. Which was great. The biggest problem for us though was in our first week the electronic door lock stopped working. We told the owner and he gave us the wall back up key box code. However, it was the incorrect code, so we had to sit in all day to wait for someone to come and fix the lock. The next week the electronic door key lock broke again, this was when we had been out all day and was at 10pm at night. BEWARE: there are NO OUT OF HOURS CONTACTS! We had to get a locksmith and have not been reimbursed the cost. Won't use this company again.

Overall the property was nice, could use some update. The living room furniture had some stains and throw were tattered. But overall house was clean nice and spacious. Everyone enjoyed having their own space.

The Dryer didn’t work and wasn’t fixed during our stay. Overall condition of property wasn’t maintained or cleaned as it should be. There is mold growing on the windows. I wouldn’t stay at that property again.

This home was very nice and comfortable. The only issue we had, was the pool was not clean and messaged about if several times. Justin came and looked at it, but it was never cleaned, My husband and myself and to clean it so our grandchildren could swim. It was yellowish, green looking color. It was very upsetting that this was not taken care before our arrival and not done while we were there. We kept hoping someone would come. Maybe we should be paid for taking care of the pool.

Our family had a very nice week long stay at this house. We like a private pool, so this house was just right. Some of the inside of the house is due for some upgrades, but it was a very nice place.

Our house was very spacious and clean. We do not typically like to complain but there were a few small issues during our stay. The alarm system went off twice and we had to have maintenance come to fix it. The pool and hot tub jets and heat stopped working on our second to last day. The carpet really needs to be replaced. Two of our houseguests stepped on a nail between the carpet and the kitchen floor that should be repaired. The door handle to go outside to the patio is broken and just hangs. I think these improvements would be great. Thanks.
