great beach front experience - unit and grounds in great shape

My family enjoyed an amazing visit to Cayman. We looked at many properties and chose this one based on the great reviews, exciting description with photos, and availability that met our needs. The unit did not disappoint and it was more beautiful in person. Truly a home away from home we had a full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a pull-out queen bed sofa and a screened in lanai with incredible views of the pool, ocean & beachfront. Prepare to be delighted! One of the best parts was being pulled to sleep each night by the shoreline waves from the master bedroom balcony. Absolutely fabulous!

Beautiful property with A+ beach, pool and views. Condo has everything you want and need and a place to put anything. Great storage, space, extra blankets, sheets, plenty of beach towels, everything! Very clean and comfortable. Location is ideal. Quiet and serene but easy walk or drive to restaurants, shopping, etc. No fighting for beach chairs, literally have what feels like a private beach and pool. And the swing and beautiful tree right on the beach and ocean is like right out of a movie scene. Social media post worthy (from my teenager, which is saying a lot). Great communication with owner! Thanks for a wonderful family vacation.

Nice quiet property with own private pool and beach and within a few minutes walk to grocery and liquor stores and walkable to downtown and many great dining options. Host was accessible and very responsive. Great direct view of sunsets from screened in porch or beach.

Rod was an incredible host, and his condo was exactly what we needed and more. Clean, organized, games, snorkel gear, pickle paddles, and more. Definitely will book this unit again.

To begin, communication with Rod was great. Always answered in a timely manner and was extremely helpful. We were greeted by Rod and he took the time to give us a rundown of the place and amenities which was super helpful. We have stayed at many VRBO places and this was the first time we walked in with a tray full of snacks and a bottle of wine. How sweet and perfect as those snacks were greatly appreciated since it was a long traveling day. The place was clean & exactly as described in the listing. The pictures don’t do the incredible view justice. I miss seeing that tree and swing. The snorkeling from in front of this unit is fantastic but with that said you do need water shoes as it’s a little rocky but plenty of places to enter safely. It was a perfect vacation spot. I highly recommend.

This is a great place to stay, especially with toddlers. There are many little things for them that we appreciated: crib options, cups and plates, pool and beach toys, etc. The location is good, great view from the condo of the pool and beach. Good swim area on the side of the property. Close to a couple of restaurants. We ended up carching the bus everywhere, it was easy to navigate. Rod was a great host and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Thanks for a great time.

Great stay! Views were better than anticipated. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. Brilliant snorkeling right on the beach just steps from the condo. Space had all needed utensils and lots of recreation extras.

We just returned from a wonderful week on Grand Cayman! The condo was perfect for 3 teens and 2 adults!! The condo was super-clean, had everything we needed, convenient to restaurants, groceries and spirit store. Rod was a great host! We snorkeled everyday right from the condo. We did the Eco Tour with Six Senses which was excellent if you are looking for a tour that combines both popular stops ( sting ray city and Starfish point), with a tour of some of the more natural parts of the Island. Can't wait for 2024!

From moment of initial inquiry to the moment we left this place was wonderful! Great secluded location on the beach, easy access to everything and a super friendly, responsive host…would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Just returned from a week long stay and couldn't be happier. The condo is in a perfect location, making it easy to walk to restaurants and a few shops in the area. The complex is very nice with plenty of space around the pool and beach area - you never have to worry about not getting a chair in either area. The condo is very well stocked and Rod was great at communicating before and during our trip. We're already planning our return trip.

This two bedroom, two bath second-story condo, a potato kick from the beach and a stones throw from the ocean absolutely incredible!! Really! Why? 1) location-in the middle of everything but away from it all 2) private - we were there over the Easter holiday and saw about 15 people the whole trip-that means we had a pool, beach, and hot tub basically all to ourselves 3) the condo is really perfect- we have rented places around the world and of course your never quite sure until you get there. 4) Cayman! We have gone to the Bahamas, Hawaii, Jamaica, Dominican republic, and so on ….Cayman Islands are fantastic especially if you’re looking to get your head underwater there are amazing sites to see just off the beach. The locals are nice and happy about tourism, the restaurants are spectacular. 5) Rod, your host, is like having a local relative to set you up for a great trip!

The owner was very nice and helpful, the condo was beautiful inside and the grounds were amazing with so much beauty. The property is very well taken care of and clean.

Lovely spacious condo, excellent location, easy walk to all the things you might wish to visit. Rod welcomed us upon arrival and gave us an excellent tour of the well appointed unit. He also took our wives out to the local supermarket which is always a huge help when try to stock up your condo. Also note that there is a decent restaurant and liquor store at one end of the property. Thank you Rod, great vacation ! Chuck

Beautiful Condo with amazing view. Rod, the owner took care of everything we asked for.

Such a great stay! Rod, the host, could not have been kinder and more accommodating! He met us at check-in, provided a thorough tour of the condo and amenities and even gave me a ride to the grocery store before leaving. The condo itself is very clean, filled with all of the kitchenware and beach/pool paraphernalia you could use. The host even left unopened cannisters of tennis balls with four quality racquets for use at the condo's tennis court. The views of the beach and the beach itself were beautiful. It was so nice to have breakfast on the screened in porch every morning. A cove immediately next to the condo provided relaxing days floating on the water and building sand castles. The pristine pool and hot tub were fun for our boys to splash around in after mornings on the beach. Even though you're on 7 Mile Beach, there are not many people on this part of the beach or at the pool - so there is plenty of privacy and sense of calm. Some fantastic restuarants are within walking distance to the condo - 10-30 mins walk along the road. We particularly enjoyed The Wharf, Veranda, Ms. Piper's Kitchen and Pepper's. We would definitely not hesitate staying here again!

We had a great vacation at this Grandview Condo. Rod is a great host and the property was fantastic. Very clean!! The location was great - walking distance to Georgetown, easy drive to other beaches for snorkeling and the West end of the island. The pool was spacious, lots of chairs for both the pool and beach. Great palm trees for a little bit of shade if needed. Easy entry swimming cove at the edge of the property.

Spent a week at the condo and had a great time! Rod was a great host and provided all the amenities you could need (even a bottle of wine and a tray of snacks). Property is on a very quiet, secluded stretch of beach. We took a sunset cruise from the beach by the Westin and must have seen 300 people crammed on their beach. There were days we were the only people on our beach! Amazing sunsets and snorkeling. Just a short walk to restaurants. We bought groceries and had breakfast and lunches at the condo, as food is quite pricey on the island. Tennis and pickle ball courts available. Would definitely stay here again. My husband, 3 year old and myself had an awesome week at Rod's place! Everything was exactly as pictured and Rod was so helpful with any questions we had - before we arrived or while we were there. The place was stocked with beach toys, coolers, etc. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Rod (owner) was easy to communicate with and very prompt to return messages! His condo was everything and MORE! Fully stocked with toiletries and cleaning supplies! Great space to spread out! He even provided us with a welcome tray of snacks, games, and wine! Very thoughtful VRBO owner!

I wish that I could provide more than five stars on this VRBO rental. The condo is stunning! A great layout with lots of room. We have two kids, 19 and 22, with us, and we were able to spread out. The condo has everything and more that you would need. Fully stocked kitchenware, plenty of bedding, towels, games, and even tennis and pickleball equipment. The furniture and beds are all super nice and clean, with lots of storage. The bathrooms are beautiful. The walk-in closet had beach items, cooler, and much more!! The location could not have been more perfect! You are RIGHT ON THE BEACH, with the most stunning views. The pool and jacuzzi are big and had lots of room with others in the complex. No fighting over chairs or tables near the pool or beach. Super clean and beautiful grounds. Plus, you can walk almost anywhere. We walked to the store and most dinners. (Loved XQs, Fidel Murphy's, Peppers, and Coconut Joe’s. We only needed a taxi for the Calypso Grill.) and even could walk into Georgetown for some shopping. Rod is the ultimate VRBO host. He helped us get into the condo, showed us how to use the remotes (TVs and fans, etc.) showed us the grounds and BBQ set-up, and even dropped us off to get groceries. He was very helpful with getting a reservation for Stingray City and a taxi. But he didn’t hover. It was just perfect. I cannot say enough about this rental. A perfect vacation!
