5 stars all around, great house and location. Mailan was great with our accommodations and she was on it with quick responses. I would definitely recommend this house!

We rented this house to attend the Pacific Airshow and it did not disappoint. The layout and location was absolutely perfect. We can't wait to return.

This was our second stay at Mailan's home. It was just as amazing as the first time. We couldnt have asked for a better expireiance.

The location is a skip away from the beach, walking distance to bars and restaurants. The photos of the home are accurate representations of the property. No hiccups with check in or check out. The only less than perfect aspect is that you definitely want to wear your shoes while you’re in the home - as the floors were incredibly dirty and our feet were black the first night after walking around barefoot. The rest of the house was incredibly tidy.

10-15 steps from the beach .. a hop a skip a jump from the pier and lots of great eating places, this will be our go to home. Mailan is a responsive host and pays attention to concerns, and addresses issues/questions asap. We were a party of 9 and did not feel like we were fighting for space or bathrooms. Plenty of towels for everything! We will be back!

Cannot tell you how awesome this place is. Every bed room had a very nice bathroom. The decks are amazing and the top deck is beyond amazing - a view of the beach and surfers and a perfect pace to have a meal or just hang out. Loved having Sancho’s (best burritos in HB) and 602 coffee right next door. Super close to the pier and all restaurants and bars. So nice also to be able to run on the beach or boardwalk since they are about 100 feet away. Overall, amazing place and we will be back!

From the location, to the property itself, this is THE BEST property I have ever stayed at in Huntington Beach! The house is absolutely stunning, the beds are incredibly comfortable, it’s central to everything in HB, walking distance to the beach, and the check in process was smooth and so easy! The property manager is quick to respond and very friendly. We will MOST DEFINITELY be back!

House is very clean and well stocked. The space was larger than I had expected comparing to prior typical narrow/tall beach homes I've stayed in. Elevator is not operational, but expected. House as 3 floors: 1st floor has full kitchen with dining nook and living room towards the front which opens up to outside sitting area with firepit and umbrella. Along with family room with wet bar and 1/2 bath with TV and sofa. Sofa is a trundle bed. Kitchen is fully stocked including Kcup coffee with pods, drip coffee machine, toaster, blender, etc. 2nd floor: has 3 bed rooms each with its own full bathroom. master bedroom has walk in closet and steam shower and balcony to front of house. common area has sofa (pull out bed) with built in desk. 3rd floor: open loft with sofa (pull out bed), chaise lounger, tv, refrigerator and a full bathroom with shower. Front opens up to another balcony and access to the rooftop towards back. Parking: Owner provides 2 car garage along with 3 additional spot behind garage if needed. Excellent parking space availability although there is free street parking if you can find a spot. Bathrooms are stocked with towels and owner also provides 10 beach towels. Garage has a BBQ grill although we did not use it. There are also several beach chairs too. Location: House is just 3 houses from Pacific Coast Hwy with Huntington beach parking just on other side of PCH. Easy walk to beach, pier and main street shopping and dining. CVS is across the street. Walked to CVS on a Saturday morning and there was already a line in front of Sancho's tacos and 602 coffee/acai. So we had to try and both places were very good. All in all, we had an excellent stay. Only negatives could be: there is no carpet in the house so it can get a little chilly (probably helpful in summer). Fireplace in living room and rooftop was not operational, but the firepit out front was working. Little bits of confetti would appear from crevices, fall from ceiling fan, etc. once in a while, but the house overall was very clean. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Hungtington beach area!
