Hunter was great to work with. Adult daughter left two work computers behind after our departure. Hunter found and secured them and we were able to retrieve them with minimum trouble. Could have been a great loss. Thanks Hunter.

Great house for a wedding weekend walking distance to everything downtown has to offer. Hunter was a great host, easy to communicate with and even worked to get us checked in early.

We came to visit family in the area. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed.

We stayed the night for the polar express. It was only about 25 minutes away. Great house. Great little city!

The house is perfectly set up for kids and had all of the amenities that we needed such as iron, iron board, washer, dryer, etc…. Not to mention the beautiful accommodations and comfy beds, blankets, etc…

Nice, clean and very well appointed. Only was there one night and not a lot of time due to a conference however would recommend.

The perfect relaxing place convenient to downtown area. Two balconies for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. The beds were so comfy along with nice linen that made for the best night sleep. The decor was so cozy and made for a comforting stay. All the amenities you need from fluffy towels, a full kitchen with all the accessories for dinner in or a grilling out doors in the quaint courtyard , to great seating for all your quest to wind down with so popcorn and a movie on a clean comfy sectional. The host was wonderful during booking and checkout. Everything was so great there was no need to contact during our stay. We will definitely stay again . And encourage others to enjoy this location as well, as long as it’s not what we want to stay..Lol.. and again thank you to our host to making our stay great one.

we planned a sibling trip to a concert in Charlotte, Hunter was a great host. we had a sweet welcome basket and letter inviting us to his home, we walked downtown to eat dinner and then off to the concert. The house was everything we needed and more. I’m a big pillow and blanket person, they had all the options and even snuggling throws on each bed. we would stay at one of Hunters places again in a heartbeat.

This rental home was awesome, met all of our needs and exceeded our expectations! It was even nicer than the pictures. It was immaculate, well equipped, spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect for us. We enjoyed Kannapolis and had an easy commute to Charlotte for our son’s wedding. Hunter is a top notch host!

We had the most wonderful time while staying here. We spent Saturday at a race came back and went to the Brewery in Kannapolis. The first night we went to Chophouse. What a great little town. Hope to do it again next year.

Hunter thought of every detail. Toys, games, step stools, you name it! Would definitely stay again!

We truly enjoyed our time at this sweet little home. Everything was perfectly appointed and had little decor items representing the cute Kannapolis community. The neighborhood is quiet and located right across the street from the new Kannapolis downtown, including the Cannon Ballers stadium and the West Avenue District with the Gems Theater. So much fun!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Every detail had been considered to make our time wonderful. My family was so pleased with the accommodations that we will look to book again on our next trip to this area.

The communication with the host was amazing. The house was adorable and decorated really cute. Some of the little extras when we arrived put it over the top. We do rent houses frequently and, this is at the top. Thank you again for sharing your home with us.

The location of the home, was perfect the train station was les than a city block, the supermarket was a stone throw away the Neighborhood was friendly quiet and very relaxing we felt very comfortable and at home 🏡 i will definitely be back...... i also started spreading the news about Hunter's Home ❤
