The location was good to be in the center of everything but it was nosy in the evening from the restaurants and pub opposite the property.

As you enter the communal area from the street, there is a strong smell of damp which is off putting. It wasn't nice that your first sight was the bins and it was dark. We found the front door to the flat very difficult to open and it took several minutes before it opened. Someone had untuned the TV and put parent lock on it so to tuned the TV you need a pin number. You couldn't watch normal TV but bbc iplayer and all the other pay videos company.

Great location. Spacious accommodation. Plenty of room for extended family group of 5. Comfortable beds. Good showers. Well equipped kitchen.

When we stayed, there were some small items that required a little maintenance. Nothing that spoilt our stay.

Apartment is very bright, airy and comfortable with loads of room. Availability of Netflix on tv is but one example of the thought put into giving guests a very positive experience and I cannot think of any items or appliances which are unavailable to guests. Location is very good with easy access to parking, shops and a variety of very good dining experiences.

While it is outwith the hosts' control, we stayed on a Friday night when the loud noise from the extremely popular bar across the street went on until 1 a.m. In saying that, there was no problem on either of the previous two nights and those sleeping in the rear bedroom did not experience the same disruption!

When we arrived, the keys were easy to obtain and the directions to the flat allowed easy access. The apartment is large and allowed the four of us to have our bedrooms. The ensuite toilet and the second toilet are a good attraction as our brain damaged daughter requires the toilet often. The front room has a great seating area and extends to the open kitchen area. The tv was as explained. The Wi-Fi was easily obtained. The kitchen had plenty of counter top area and the appliances worked a treat. Excellent.
