This property and the hosts were nothing short of amazing! The hosts thought of everything we might need and were quick to respond with any questions we had. Check in and check out was seamless.
The house itself was clean, beautiful, comfortable and in a quiet location. The layout was perfect with a master suite on each level, a separate space for kids to gather, and a roomy enough kitchen to accommodate big family meals. The Pac-Man arcade game was a hit with the teens!
It was such a blessing to be able to have our family stay all together as we gathered for my son’s graduation from BMT. And to have a nice quiet place to bring him back to on his town pass so he could rest and we could sit and catch up.
The only thing that did not work in our favor was the driveway was a bit too steep to pull our rental (minivan) into, but we worked it out.

We enjoyed this property and our time here. The house was clean, communication and check in was easy and we were treated with cookies and a kind card. The upstairs did get warm midday even with the ac set lower so having portable fans in addition to the ceiling fans would be helpful. We had a baby with us and the owners kindly provided a pack n play and even went as far as to setting it up in the desired rooms. We could not locate baby spoons or plates but were thankful for the baby high chair that was provided too. The pool was clean and the patio was perfect for our gathering. The back yards could use some low lit lights for evening swims but overall the landscaping was beautiful and well kept. We would recommend this house to others and would stay here again.

Christy and Keith were fantastic hosts with a fantastic home. It was very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay - kitchen supplies, towels, games, and so much more. The attention to detail with their home was above and beyond any host we’ve ever dealt with. We felt at home with our family and enjoyed all of the amenities they provide in their home. Their communication was too notch from the day we booked their property. We highly recommend staying and will be back again if ever in the San Antonio area.

You will not be disappointed with this house! It is perfect for a large family or multiple families! It is clean, well stocked, and very welcoming! The neighborhood is perfect - quiet and very safe! The host was amazing! They were quick to answer any questions and were so accommodating!

My family has stayed at multiple homes in SA for our summer vacation over the years. This house is by far our favorite! The neighborhood is beautiful and gated. The house is so nice and spacious. We were welcomed with a sweet note and delicious cookies. We absolutely loved having 2 master suites with king beds! Loved having smart TVs in all the rooms. We used the pool and hot tub every single day. We used the garage app which helped keep our car cool in the summer. There were no checkout instructions because they want you to enjoy your last day. The owner was so quick to respond any time I messaged her and she was so nice! We LOVED this house and will definitely be booking it next summer!!

This house was not only beautiful, perfectly located, and had every detail you could possibly need provided - it was so incredibly homey. Christy was wonderful to work with regarding any questions we had or assistance we needed. The pool was definitely the gathering spot for our extended family. Everything in person was even better than pictures. The back yard was private and beautifully landscaped. You would never know you were in town. The lovely neighborhood was gated and fairly small - quiet & safe. It truly was the highlight of our visit to San Antonio and gave us wonderful family memories and relaxation.

We took our family and friends for a graduation celebration for our oldest daughter. 4 adults and 8 kids. Not only did we have plenty of space, but everything was so clean. It truly was a vacation for us moms. The location is fabulous, really easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. We would definitely book again next time we head to San Antonio.

The house is absolutely beautiful and so spacious for my large family! We literally only had to bring food for ourselves, everything else was provided so we had zero worries/issues. Christy was the sweetest, most gracious host as well. I let her know immediately that I appreciated her consideration regarding allergies with the treat she left for us! 100% would recommend Christy and this home for family travel. All around phenomenal stay!

Our family of 10 rented this property for a 5-day reunion in November 2023. We’ve been fortunate to have these gatherings every year in many different locations. Many rentals have been excellent but Lofty Heights was voted the best yet! From the fresh cookies and handwritten welcome note awaiting our arrival, to the beautifully maintained home with every amenity times two, to the soothing hot tub, to the quiet neighborhood, to the easy drives to the riverwalk, Alamo, Pearl, and the airport, to the there-whenever-needed owners Christy and Keith, everything was perfect!

We loved Christy's wonderful house! We couldn't have asked for a better location with all the activities we had planned. From our youngest five-month-old to our oldest 82-year-old there was plenty of room for everyone. Love the fact that she had two pack n plays and two high chairs for our 5-month-old and 8-month-old grandkids. The pool was a huge hit with our 3-year-old grandson who always wanted to swim. The house is beautiful and the extra touches that Christy had were fantastic. The cookies were yummy, my 3-year-old grandson found the chocolates first and loved them, the blow dryers in every bathroom, the makeup, removing towels and the shampoo, conditioner and soap to last throughout our stay. Christy was quick to address any concerns we had and even gave us some recommendations! Would recommend this house to anyone and everyone who's headed to San Antonio.

Five stars! My girlfriends and I LOVE the home and the pool. This home has everything we needed and more; it is definitely the most well-appointed home we’ve ever stayed! From a blender, beach towels, and lanterns, to excellent communication, helpful instructions, and more, the hosts thought of EVERYTHING! We would stay at this home again! (Heck, the five of us are ready to move in!)

Perfect home for a family get away. Cozy and with all the amenities makes it easy if you didn't want to venture out and see the city. Everything needed is pretty much on hand from pet needs to infant and toddler needs. Hated to leave but all good things must end. I am proud to say that I did out the 52K hight score on Pacman...

It was a perfect place to stay and relax. It had all the comforts of home and very clean. There was plenty of space for the 8 of us. The location of the house is close to shopping and restaurants. With easy access to other attractions. The house is in a nice community (gated with no thru streets) and the neighbors were friendly.
Christy was always very prompt to respond to any of my questions. She is a great hostess!

I fell in love with the pictures online and booked this house and the in person is SO MUCH BETTER! The pictures do not do this beautiful home justice. From the moment we walked in everything was pristine and the hosts kept everything so organized and labeled and you never had to question where anything was or how to work anything. We had plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably (the beds were so comfortable!) and it truly felt like home away from home! The backyard was so cozy and the kids had a blast swimming and running around! Plenty of pool toys and towels as well as cookware and coffee supplies. Just the small touches were amazing! Christy was so sweet and attentive and answered any question I had so quick and thorough. I will definitely want to come back and stay here again - thank you for such a wonderful experience and being so hospitable!

The property was perfect as far as size and everything else. They had lots of games, pool is heated, yard is huge and lots of space in the house. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.
