Great location and incredibly friendly staff. Excellent snorkeling right off the beach. Huge condo with everything you could possibly need. Even Tupperware so you can pack food for a day out.

This was an absolutely beautiful property. They advertise that they’re close enough to everything but far enough away to be private is exactly right. The rooms were incredibly spacious and well appointed. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The grounds were immaculate and the pool well maintained (and we usually had it all to ourselves). Although the beach is rocky, sandy beaches are just a very short beach walk away. The best part of the beach is that it’s remarkably long and most times completely empty. Had our pick of lounge chairs, which are nicely placed, instead of jammed side by side in rows intended to cram as many people as possible. The location is incredibly convenient to everything and just so nicely secluded. We loved our stay here! Couldn’t be happier!

Great Condo, great staff, but only 1 visit from maid

We stayed the first week in December and had a great time. Our unit (822) was spacious and had a nice view of the water. Beach is a bit tough for swimming but great snorkeling. Just get some water shoes and you are good to go. Wonderful trees on the beach so you could spend the day and have some shade! The beach was quiet - we had it to ourselves most days. Staff very friendly and helpful with all of our questions and helped us book a snorkeling and stingray trip (HIGHLY recommended). All in all and amazing week...we will return. Mexican restaurant out in front is great!

I love a good beach and have been to many. While the water in grand cayman is breathtakingly beautiful and there a spots of luxurious sand along 7 mile beach, the location of this condo was disappointing. The beach is incredibly rocky, from large boulders to pebbly sand that makes it unpleasant to walk and nearly impossible to wade out. We did not snorkle as we had our 2 year old with us, so that may be better. The condo was nice: spacious, great view anand all the amenities we needed. The office staff greeted us pleasantly and even brought our son a basketball since he showed interest in a flat one at the office. We did have issues with the hot water and since we were there for a long weekend and the office was closed, it took a while to get ahold of the on call manager. Overall, a pleasant stay, but we did not fall in love with Grand Cayman.

The grounds were very nice with great pool and manicured lawns. Quiet, and close to everything. Friendly staff that took care of couple of requests quickly. The unit was clean when we arrived but housekeeping schedule was confusing and we had to ask for clean bath towels at one point during our 10-day stay. Both of the bath tubs were clogged in our unit so water backed up during showers. One of the bathroom sinks too. Thought housekeeping would have noticed during their rounds and mentioned it to management. Unit could use some painting/repairs.

Our second time there, and we would love to come back. Excellent clean condos, not many people around, and a great beach to lounge on. Getting into the water is difficult, due to rocks, so it may not be the best place for children, but it's a terrific place to stay for a relaxing vacation for adults.

So, you need to buy ziplock to bag your food or you have to throw it out and buy more as it will be ant infested- this happened to us. Second- broken microwave- so we had to deal with asking for a replacement on and then 3 workers walking in and out of our condo all day doing repairs, which didnt work. After all that we were left with a gaping hole in the wall where the broken microwave used to be and a cheap dorm micro sitting on the counter taking up counter space, watched over the sugar ants. Not ideal. Next time Id book elsewhere I think.

We had a great time at Grand View and would definitely go back. I’m just waiting for Hotels.com to refund us for the difference in price between the oceanfront room we paid for and the ocean view room that was available. I’m hoping they handle it quickly because the hold up does not appear to be with Grand View.

Bring water shoes due to coral. Also some bug spray. Lots of gnats and mosquitos.

Coming from our busy life of complete stress in New York to total relaxation at Grand Cayman was fastastic. Grandview was the perfect choice for me, my mother and two girls. The grounds were kept very clean and the management staff were all so friendly and helpful with our visit. We were away from the crowds at the beaches which we enjoyed the most. The unit that we stayed in was clean, spacious and had all the amenities that we needed to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We all felt very safe both at the condo and at the island. The kitchen at the condo was definitely put to use and we saved alot of money because of that. Highly recommend renting a car and touring the island! Driving was at first tricky (need to drive in the left lane) but got used to very quickly. It was great buying fish from the local fishermen and cooking it fresh the same day. Cant wait to plan our next trip at Grand Cayman with Grandview as being our only choice of stay. We spent a lot of quality time with the family and that's what matters the most.

Staff very friendly and knowledgable. Condo clean and comfortably. Close to pool,hot tub and beach. We had a wonderful trip.

This condo is on the quiet end of Seven-Mile Beach, which we loved...away from the crowds and noise!! Our teenagers loved the snorkeling in the sheltered, man-made cove nearby. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo!! With eating breakfasts and lunches at the condo most days, we could eat out each night at excellent restaurants!!

Very friendly staff, who are very communicative and helpful. Quiet and clean accommodations that are very comfortable and nicely appointed. Lovey pool right next to beautiful beach away from the crowd. We werent offered groceries delivered or rides any where, but I wouldnt expect this. Often, no one else was at the pool, so it is very relaxing. It is away from the crowds and within walking distance of transport, markets and restaurants. We had an excellent time and would return. If you are looking for the Las Vegas, all inclusive resort experience, this is not for you. If you are looking for a real slice of island paradise, where you can relax and enjoy the island in peace and at your own pace and leisure, I cant imagine someone being disappointed with Grandview Villas.

Terrific. Accommodations were ideal for our children and their families. Beautiful pool and beach. Convenient to all activities. People were so helpful.

We would highly recommend the Grandview Condos- they were very nicely furnished, very comfortable and beautiful. We plan to visit again!

Three of us shared a spacious two bedroom, two bathroom ground entry open concept condo which walked out to the pool and ocean. Each morning we woke up to the sun shine beaming in and the ocean sparkling outside our door! We even happen to watch the release of baby turtles one evening as a turtle had nested on our beach! What an experience. The staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful offering assistance and welcomed information without asking. I would definitely stay here again. We walked to Georgetown as it is only a 20 minute walk away, and there is a grocery store within10 minutes. There is a selection of restaurants as well close by however we just loved to BBQ our dinners and relax by the water. City buses are inexpensive and easily accessible.

The physical setting is spectacular: Beach right out front with sand entrance to the reefs--shipwreck a half mile away. Beautiful large pool and jacuzzi.The rooms were decorated beautifully with an island theme (this comes from a guy who usually does not notice such things.) Very clean. Everything you need in the kitchen.But the assistance of Max from beginning to end made the trip a delight. He told us where to shop, eat, drink and snorkel. Gave us accurate tour info and directions. His dogs played with our kids. He provided bug spray (which was needed) and retrieved lost snorkel masks, all with a rowdy laugh and cheerful demeanor.

We LOVED our family vacation at the Grandview this year. So convenient to everything, and set back from it all at the same time. Could not have asked for a better stay. The unit was perfect, always plentiful seating by the pool and the beach, plenty of room to have a catch on the beach with the kids, etc. Very nice grounds, very clean...cannot say enough good things about it.

Our ground level room was right on the beach. Beautiful view from our screened in porch. Very friendly helpful staff. Full kitchen, lots of restaurants in walking distance. Huge swimming pool. This condo is located near Georgetown at the beginning of 7 mile beach. The beach is rocky at the waters edge, but there is a natural sandy cove ideal for young children. There is decent snorkeling in front of the hotel. Saw sea turtles and giant parrot fish. Lots of good sized fish, sqid, flounder. We had a great time and can't wait to come back.

Roomy, comfortable unit with wonderful screened in porch overlooking the pool/ocean. Hotel staff members were among the best I've seen--exceptionally professional and helpful. Grounds were beautifully kept.
