This villa is really well located for a short walk to the main street in Port Vila. Upon arrival, there was a note for me directing me to my room with the key in the door so I let myself into my bungalow and then went out to explore. The room was cozy, had a mosquito net and was clean. The a/c was extra so I didn't bother with it and the evening cooled down enough that it wasnt' really needed with the fans on in the bungalow. Pool was clean and refreshing after returning from a wander around town.

As there was no option to pay with card and the reception was closed, I had to whatsapp using the wifi the manager to pay with cash (there were a few phone numbers to reach staff members, but unless you have a local SIM effectively zero people are going to pay to call someone just so they can pay again for the room). Minor inconvenience, but the onus was on me to chase down the manager rather than there being a process in place to collect the payment in a more systematic fashion.

The staff were very friendly and did their best to be accommodating. The villas are a good size for 4 people where we stayed. Also, conveniently located close to the town center and shops. The beds were very comfortable, though.

Our villa was not as clean as expected. Frequent power interruptions. No fresh linens and towels were provided even though we asked. The water pressure for the showers was terrible. All in all I'm not fussy and lived with it. But could be better and needs to improve on cleanliness for future guests.

The staff are fantastic. Lovely grounds and pool.

Basic accommodation, nice yard with swimming pool and barbecue area. Good place for families get together.

Air conditioning is not free, not that I need it, but it’s good to know in advance.

I arrived late in the evening. Reception has provided me with entry password beforehand. I had no problem let myself in. The property is quite small, garden is quiet and beautiful. I’m surprised by the speed of Wi-Fi considering it’s Vanuatu. The whole time I was there, I didn’t encounter any staff, except the owner and her lovely baby who lives on the premises, but everything was ready for me. It’s perfect for someone like me who doesn’t want too much human contact. I would definitely come back for longer stay.

We couldn't access the internet from our room and we couldn't use the pool. There was no cleaning service during our stay.
