The cottage is quaint, and the area is quiet. Beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was centrally located for touring the waterfalls. We had received recommendations for restaurants and they were close by.

The housekeeping crew could have done better sweeping under the beds. There was not a washer and dryer which would have been nice. They were not in the description so I wasn't expecting them, but when I saw the connections, I thought, wow that would have been awesome.

Loved the close location to downtown, cute, clean cabin with amazing furnishings. It was great having a fenced in backyard for our pet.

Kinda small thing, there was a small opening in the backyard fence. The front door window and door in second bedroom didn't have blinds.

Location, 2bdr. Back yard area well stocked. Very clean. Loved the decor. We would go back in a heartbeat.

It needs a blind on front door and back bedroom door. People were in the house next to us sitting on their patio and could look into our living room. It's a small area, so if you are showered and need to change clothes and walk to the bedroom with, say a towel...you are mooning folks. Also, the back bedroom needs a blind over the door.it has no coverage, and anybody can walk up to the door and look into your bedroom.

The place had a very nostalgic feel to it. Reminded me of my Grandparents place in Fredericksburg. I Also liked that they had covered parking and a large lot fenced in. Everything in the house was clean and well maintained. We rented both houses for the weekend and were very happy with our stay.

If i had to pick something out that was not perfect the grounds were a little overgrown.
