The size and layout of this house was perfect for our family! The house was immaculate and had QR codes for everything you can think of. So we had no problem figuring out the tvs and pool cover, etc. The couches and beds were super comfy. Some of the houses we have stayed at before have had some of the cheapest furniture and sheets. But not this place. If you are going in the fall/winter, there was a sneaky fine print fee to have the pool heated each day that we didn’t know about until a couple days before our trip. So look for that. If it’s peak summer I’m sure there’s a fee to cool the pool. But it won’t stop us from visiting again. The owners were quick to reply to any of our questions. The house was stocked so well with things like charging stations next to each bed and couch, games, pool toys and floats, helmets, extra lawn chairs, stuff for s’mores, and then some. Makes packing for a weekend trip so much easier. We were all impressed. And there were 5 individual families with kids of all ages.

This place is amazing! Our extended family chose The Oasis for a family reunion when the weather was not your typical southern Utah temperature—but the weather didn’t matter. We were still able to enjoy the heated pool (a note that this costs extra), slide, fire pit, hot tubs, all kinds of games, comfortable beds with their own private bathrooms, tvs in each room, and an amazing kitchen—with EVERYTHING we would possibly need. In addition to all the amenities provided, the place was incredibly spotless. The owners thought of everything that we as guests would like to make our stay perfect. The complimentary basket of Smores was a nice touch! Throughout our stay we found ourselves noticing the little things that made us as comfortable as if we were in our own home. We loved our stay and will recommend it to anyone. We hope to be able to enjoy it again in the future. One thing we wished was better was the wifi. It seemed to not always work and in the end, most of us choose not to use it, since it was so slow. We tried to watch a college football game it it kept buffering. If that hadn't happened, our stay would have been ideal. A great place for all ages, and a great gathering place. Overall 9 out of 10!

Can’t say enough about how well thought out and equipped the property was. We had a large group of family ranging from 90’s to 5 months and it fit perfectly. The attached bathrooms, king sized beds and room for small children worked out perfect. The host was extremely responsive to any and all questions that popped up over our stay. Between the huge amount of pool toys, the well equipped ping pong table to the bonus room tvs and pool table there was always something for the group to do. Everything was well organized, and well stocked for the group. We will definitely be coming back again.

We loved staying here. It was a great end of summer vacay. Beautiful, beautiful home, well equipped. Accommodating hosts! We had a great time!!

Amazing house!! So many necessities that we needed were there so we didn’t even have to go get something’s that we needed. They were very quick to answer questions and help anyway that they could. The pool and water side was amazing!! This was a vacation for a group of 17.

I didn’t think I could be blown away by a property. When I say this place had everything, I mean it really had everything. Easily the best stocked house as far as recreational equipment, kitchen appliances/supplies, entertainment offerings and anything you could think of. We had 4 adults and 4 kids on this trip with more than enough room to spread out. Our time spent at the house was during a heat wave so there was a lot of time spent lounging by the pool with the music playing over the Sonos speakers or a movie playing on the TV. Matt was also extremely accommodating and professional. We arrived to a power outage in the area (not any fault of the owner). It was quickly resolved and Matt was very responsive and helpful throughout our trip. The neighborhood includes a community pool and pickle ball court which we didn’t get around to using. Although there’s a lot of new construction and development going on, you really don’t feel it when you’re at the house. It didn’t impact our stay one bit.

We had a great family vacation at this home. It had plenty of space for our family. Each of our adult children were able to have their own suite with king sized bed. We loved the pool, fire pits, BBQ grill and outdoor seating and hammocks. We used the kitchen to bake treats and made big breakfasts for our group. With double microwaves, double ovens, double refrigerators, and double dishwashers, it was easy to feed our group and clean up was a breeze. We have rented several vacation homes and this home is definitely our favorite. The owners are very helpful and easy to contact for questions. We are so glad we chose this home.

The hosts were always quick to respond from day 1 of booking! Matt was extremely helpful with ideas for our family to explore while we were there. We visited Zion National Park and also rode UTV’s at Sand Hollow and the adjacent areas. After playing hard all day, it was fantastic to come back and enjoy the pool, hot tub and all the other amenities the house came with! On the days we didn’t head out anywhere we really enjoyed just hanging out playing games and using the pool. The water slide is an awesome feature and had a ton of fun with that as well. The house was super clean and accommodating and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. There are detailed instructions on how to run everything which made it super easy. Thank you both for sharing your beautiful house with our family! Already talking about a return trip!!!

Everything with the house was great. As soon as the neighboring properties are finished and the construction has wrapped up, I would have no complaints about this property.

5 families with 13 kids ranging in age from newborn to 13 years old stayed here for Spring Break for 5 nights and had the most incredible vacation! The weather was not great… very rainy and a little cool which worried us at first, but it did not matter one bit… we loved the pool and rock feature/slide (literally swam every day rain or shine), amazing hot tubs, fire pits to watch sun rise and sun sets, watched March madness basketball on outdoor tv, played ping pong tournaments in garage, played video games, played pool, and lots of card games. We did several walks and even played pickle ball on the courts in the neighborhood (with the included pickle ball paddles and balls in garage). We cooked every meal at the house and had everything we needed and more. Very high quality appliances and finally a home with more than enough plates, silverware etc. All the bedrooms were super comfortable with high end beds/linens… all furniture was very functional and comfortable. The lay out was perfect for a big group… lots of space to gather but still nice bedrooms for privacy. Every little detail was thought of. We literally love this house and vacation. The owners truly care and want you to have a fun vacation and have thought of everything. They are very responsive if any question arises and very helpful. I cannot recommend this house enough! We have stayed in several Vrbo houses and this is by far our favorite. We all left trying to plan our next trip to this amazing house!! Thank you McFarland family! We will be back!

We had a good sized group with adults and children (kids all under the age 10) This house has everything. It had everything that we could think to cook with. The double Ovens, Double Fridges, Double Dishwashers, etc.... were great. Everything was clean and everything worked. The weather was colder than we were hoping. The host was able to to keep the pool and hot tub heat up, so even with the cold, we were able to spend hours playing around outside. The fire pit was a fun extra, for being out by the pool. It was great to have a large garage, to use while there. We fit 2 SUV's easily & there was still plenty of space for all of the host items: Outside Games, Pool Items, Chairs, Ping Pong, etc.... We just wish we had more time to spend there. The host was super responsive. It made the check in & check out process easy. We have stayed at quite a few "good pool properties" This was by far our favorite. We will be looking for availability for future excuses to get down to the St George area.

Wow!! Absolutely everything you could possibly want/need. This home is amazing. Perfect for weekend sports tournaments or family get away. The house was super clean and was stocked with everything. Very roomy and comfortable.. The pool and hot tubs were wonderful. The hosts communication was stellar. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

We had such an enjoyable stay at The Oasis! The owners thought of every little detail to make the home comfortable and convenient. The kitchen is fully stocked with every little thing you could ever need. The gathering areas are spacious with tons of seating for everybody. The pool and hot tubs are so much fun! So nice to relax in after a fun day recreating nearby. One of our favorite things about this home is the privacy of each bedroom having its own bathroom. So nice!! This truly is a fantastic vacation home! We can’t wait to go back!

This place is absolutely incredible! Super close to Sand Hollow, plenty of parking for our boat. The house is amazingly nice, very well done huge gathering places for everyone to hang out, huge bedrooms. The kids loves the bunk beds. Loved that everyone has their own bathroom. This is a place that our family will go back to every year! The pool and the hot tubs and outdoor spaces were awesome! Honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. The owners were very responsive and made our stay perfect! Thank you for letting use such and amazing place, we will be back!

I don't normally leave reviews, but this home was so perfect for our vacation that I had to leave a review. Our extended family came to the home with us. I loved how this home was perfect for everyone. The kids LOVED playing Jurassic Park on the big rock feature in the backyard, the teenagers enjoyed playing the Xbox, swimming, and playing the great card games provided by the host, and the adults really enjoyed watching movies, sitting by the fire, and cooking in a kitchen that had all the supplies we needed. They even had a provided pack-n-play for my infant to sleep in. Not to mention, the house is close to sand dunes that we loved riding around on one of the days we were there. This was for sure THE BEST VACATION.

This was a perfect place for my family and I to stay at. Not only was it clean and nice but soooo much fun as well. The beds were so comfortable, the shower was very nice, and the kitchen had everything we needed. I was so surprised to find that they even had all of the spices we needed to make our food. It was such great service from the host! My favorite part was the living room couches and big screen TV! The surround sound made me feel like I went to the movie theater!! The deck hot tub and pool were amazing too!
