We love Indian Rocks Beach and these accommodations had everything you’ll need for a great vacation!

The entire stay was just great!!! Was able to get in a little early, and found everything to be wonderful!! Place was very clean, and kitchen was well stocked with all the nice extras that one might need, like seasonings, coffee, filters, creamers, etc. Plenty of nice towels, and great beach towels. As others have stated, the view, and sunsets were amazing, and access to the beach is easy. Even got to see the moon setting a few times. Great location for walking to stores, shops, pubs, and restaurants. I am booked again for next year!!! And owner was so very nice to chat with on several occasions. I was there for 3 weeks---awesome!!

Amazing condo and a beautiful view the coast! The hosts were amazing if I had any questions she got back to me right away and that was a huge plus. We will definitely be back.

Loved everything about the condo! The location, views, cleanliness, proximity to restaurants. but what really sets it apart are the little details. Beach towels and sunscreen, cozy throw blankets, bathroom products, condiments and seasonings, coffee pods all stocked in the condo made it feel like home. Highly recommend!!

This was our 2nd time staying at this condo and it was great! We love the location, the amazing sunsets, and the beautiful condo. The owner is great to work with and it’s one of the best stocked condos that we have stayed at.

My family has been coming to the property for years and it is our favorite place to visit. The condo/ pool/ beach, restaurants and epic sunsets off the balcony are exceptional. Always a wonderful time!

We had a wonderful time at this IRB condo on the beach. Sunsets are beautiful and there are tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Communications with the host were fantastic! The house is very well appointed and even had lots of spices, condiments, and additional paper products, such as paper napkins. Would highly recommend - we are definitely planning to stay there again!

We had an amazing trip and the condo was perfect! It was clean and had THE best view that we enjoyed from the time we woke up until we went to bed. The seating on balcony was absolutely perfect! Well stocked kitchen allowed us to cook in a few nights as well. Suzanne was very prompt in responding to questions and checking to make sure all was okay with our stay.

We loved our stay at the condo. The condo was fully stocked with all items you could possibly need. It was clean, open, and updated. Our favorite part was the amazing views. Morning coffee on the balcony, watching the ocean and listening to the birds. We loved watching the evening sunset with a glass of wine. The beach area was private and not crowded and there are so many places within walking distance to eat delicious food and shop. Suzy, the owner, responded very quickly to help answer any questions we had before or during our stay. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

It was our first family trip to IRB and it did not disappoint. We hope to return! Unit: The unit was extremely clean and decor charming. With two bedrooms, we had more than enough space for all 4 of us. The lighting was nice in the evenings and the skylight gave it some more flavor. We used the pool a few times and it was literally steps off the beach. The beach lounge chairs were a nice add. Great communication with the owner, Suzy. Location: On the beach w great sunset view. Streetside, walking distance to a few shops, restaurants, bars. Pros: The unit; decor and how clean unit was; supplies in unit; family vibe of the town; beach proximity and shops Cons: - Parking: The unit has 2 spaces side by side, but one is permanently held with a vehicle. It is extremely tight for a small truck. I spoke w owner on this some. The real icing on the cake for me were locals either visting renters or locals attempting to use pool/beach adhoc by making their own space! I had two vehicles park all day in areas that were not actual spots (to right of parking spaces) and couldn't move my vehicle. They finally moved by 6pm, but was concerned that by the time I would vacate apt., I would be blocked in. It would help if the complex enforced 24x7 towing and hung up proper sinage. Noise - Like any summer beach town, there is the drift of party noise, live music

This is a beautiful condo with an amazing view of the Gulf. Park your car and walk to 9 different restaurants. Everything you need is in this well appointed condo. My family loves staying here and my grandkids call it their "beach house". We've already recommended this to friends. Communication with the owners is excellent. You won't find a nicer place to stay in IRB.

This is a beautiful location and a lovely condo. The owners are helpful and solicitous. We have stayed here before and hope to again.

We loved everything about our stay...from the condo, to the view, location, etc. It was equipped with everything we needed & then some!! We were able to cook meals, chill out & even play a few board games. We would love to stay here again! Suzy was very easy to get ahold of too!

The property was great. On the beach, walking distance to restaurants. Property owner was great. Very good communication. Parking was good. Looking forward to returning next year!!

Pictures don't do justice to this ocean front condo. Wonderful gem right on the beach! Property has everything we needed and the host was very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend!

We can’t speak highly enough about Suzy and Mike’s place! The location was perfect, near lots of wonderful places to walk and steps away from the beach. The condo had everything we needed from kitchen appliances to extra blankets! Our favorite feature was the view and the comfy seats on the balcony to relax and watch the sunset on! The hosts were wonderful! They responded quickly if we had questions and added little touches throughout to make the stay extra special. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend to others.

This property is awesome! You are right on the beach in Indian Rocks. It was super clean and very homey. The heated pool is a plus. The owner is so kind and gets back to you quickly with any questions. It was the perfect place for a girls trip with my mom and daughter!

This VRBO property provided everything a family could ask for in a beach vacation. White sand beach, walking distance to a variety of food options, and beautiful sunsets. Condo was clean and comfortable, lots of beach supplies; umbrellas, towels, toys and more. Owner was very attentive and communication was easy. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We suggest checking cabinets and refrigerator before food shopping.. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to return.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo! It is right on the beach and we were able to watch beautiful sunsets from our balcony or by walking down to the beach. The condo is very nice and it was the best stocked rental that we have ever stayed in. Julie has thought of everything you might need and included it in this lovely condo. She was great to communicate with and always responded to any questions very quickly. We would definitely love to come back and stay here again some day.

We Had a great vacation. The condo is well kept. Beautiful views, great location. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. John’s pass and clear water a quick drive away. Lots of dolphin sightings. The water was beautiful. Thank you! We will definitely be rebooking.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. We love this area of Florida. We hate high rise condos so this small building was just right for us. Our unit was comfortable

What a wonderful unit and property in a fantastic location. The unit itself is very updated and modern, and was quite large for our family of three, would easily accommodate a larger family. Incredible views and sunsets that cannot be beat. The amenities are great with a heated pool that faces the beach. With the relatively small size of the complex the pool is also super easy to use. The location is incredible with the best restaurants in the area within walking distance (don’t underestimate JD’s, looks like a dive, but is absolutely phenomenal). Finally, I can’t say enough about our host. She is super responsive and is 100% invested in ensuring we had a fantastic experience. We look forward to our next visit.

This property was clean and very updated! So comfortable and within a few steps to the beautiful beach. We could walk to lots of great restaurants and my daughter who is a weightlifter was able to use the CrossFit gym one minute walking distance. Can't wait to go back!!!

This was our first time visiting Indian Rocks Beach and we loved it! This condo is in the perfect location. We walked literally everywhere. It was also very clean and well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The view was breathtaking and the condo is only steps from the beach. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to any issue. Stay here you won’t regret it!

3rd time in Indian Rocks. It is obvious that someone with taste decorated this condo. To some this is not important, to us it is as we have a home with similar attention to detail. Pros: Beautifully decorated, top floor (no ceiling noise), excellent location (for some), price is good. Very quiet. A/C is well regulated. Cons: Parking is terrible, if you are a park it and walk vactioner this is your spot, if you are a we like to drive around vacationer rent a smaller car/SUV. Pool is small. You are sharing with 8 units (4 street side of this unit). Summary: Easily nicest condo we have stayed in. Would recommend and return.
