Loved our stay here! Plenty of room to spread out. Everyone loved having their own bathroom… Couldn’t have asked for a better view. Loved the waves crashing onto the rocks below. Air conditioning was awesome, kitchen was awesome, beds were so comfortable. We had a very memorable vacation here at Patadise Palms. 😍

The property was beautiful & the view fabulous. The game room was a hit with the kids. The location was good. Short drive to wherever you want to go. Pack your mosquito repellent if you want to sit out at night.

Paradise Palms was a wonderful location for us!! We liked the proximity to Red Hook & Sapphire Beach. We were able to hangout all together but also have our own space. The game room was also a hit! I would recommend staying here.

The house was perfect in every way. Very clean and spacious. Bedrooms are very large and situated in a way they all have their own privacy. Meghan and Carrie are very attentive and answer back within minutes with any questions you have. Would recommend this to any large group looking for sure!

This property was spectacular! The home is exactly as it looks in the pictures aside from a few minor outdoor furniture changes. The views are amazing! The home has everything you could ask for! I’m would highly recommend staying here. The roads are very hilly entering and exiting with tight switch backs, some require -a three point turn to make it. So make sure you are comfortable driving on that type of terrain. Communication with the property management was excellent!

Our family of nine was visiting St. Thomas for a family reunion, several of us grew up not far from this location. The property itself is expansive and provides for privacy even with a large group. The home was well-appointed and everything functioned as it should (tho there was a small issue that was fixed immediately). The large kitchen easily accommodated cooking for nine (and guests) - two full-size refrigerators, two stove tops, and two microwaves. The kids loved the pool, the game room and the outdoor game area. No one was bored. Internet service is good, and there are smart TVs everywhere. The setting is beautiful, 160 feet over Tutu Bay, with pelicans flying by and fish swimming in the crystal clear water below. The islands of Hans Lolick and the Tobagos were in the distance. While the house is very private, it is centrally located, with easy access to downtown, Havensite, Magens Bay, Red Hook, etc. Being from St. Thomas our benchmarks are different than many, we grew up with the view, the roads, etc. So for us expats coming home, this was a very nice place to gather.

My family and I were all amazed at the views and thoroughly enjoyed everything that the house and property had to offer. The pictures truly do not do this place and it's views justice. The house was very clean upon arrival and made it easy to start relaxing immediately. Between the pool, hot tub, and everything in the kitchen/throughout the rest of the house, this place has it all. Carrie and Meghan were both responsive to our family's questions and super helpful with everything - thank you for ensuring we had a great time at this wonderful home. Between the awesome house and breathtaking views, this will be a trip my family and I won't ever forget and we look forward to coming back in the future!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this marvelous Vrbo, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking views that surrounded the house. The location was simply spectacular, offering a serene and tranquil setting that made for a truly unforgettable vacation experience. The house itself was nothing short of amazing. Spacious and impeccably clean, it provided ample room for relaxation and enjoyment. The interior was tastefully decorated with a charming blend of modern and cozy elements, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional responsiveness of the property manager. This property was the perfect place for a Girls Trip for ten. The room and deco was exactly as described in the listing. The window view from most bedrooms were stunning and breathtaking . The beds were very comfortable and to my surprise everyone slept well the entire trip. To be able to hear the quiet sounds of the ocean waves at night made it easy to unwind and fall asleep. The kitchen was very spacious and had modern appliances(2 refrigerators, stoves, microwaves, etc.) The cabinets was filled with matching dinnerware, glassware, utensils, pots and bakeware for all our cooking needs. We were able to really enjoy the spectacular views from each of the 3 levels and relax using the pool and hot tub. Though we had an excellent stay I would recommend that the teen section/office be equipped with trash cans in each bedroom, a full length mirror in the hall between and hooks in the bathroom to hang towels since at least two people are sharing the bathroom. The bedroom next to the pool was not able to lock upon leaving, so adding a locking mechanism would be helpful. Each bathroom should be equipped with more bath/wash towels [newer) to accommodate larger parties. If handrails could be add to the stairs to make it more feasible to get around and ADA compliant that would certainly assist guest. Carrie was an outstanding host and provide excellent feedback before and during our visit to VI. PARADISE PALMS is a PEACEFUL PALACE! Loved it!

We had a great stay. The property management team was responsive and the home was spacious with many options and fantastic outdoor spaces to relax and take in the views. Would rent again.

The game room and outdoor pool table, basketball hoop and hot tub was a game changer. The kids loved it!

The view from this house is absolutely amazing. The house is beautiful and can hold a large crowd and still have privacy. The house is well equipped. Pretty much everything you need for a tropical vacation is there. You can't beat the location and the outdoor space is worth trip. Saying goodbye to those views was the hardest part. We would rent again.

We had a great time in St. Thomas with Paradise Palms as our base. The home is absolutely spectacular with its balcony and outdoor space looking Tutu Bay. Thank you so much to Carrie for her help with the reservation, answers to many questions, smooth checkin, and just overall incredible stay. We will be back!

A ways from everything. A few repairs needed. Thought each bedroom had its own bath, but two bedrooms upstairs have to share one small bath. Accommodated the 10 of us very well. Flexibility in host and contact for the stay was excellent. The nice thing was that each of the five couples had their own private room. Overall a great stay.

The house is incredible! The views are amazing! The only negative is getting there. Roads are a little scary but worth it

The view from the house was amazing and the sound of the ocean constant. The kitchen was fairly well stocked and we cooked nightly. We all loved it.

From the moment we got to the house, it was absolutely amazing! The view is breath taking, gorgeous turquoise waters, birds gliding by the deck, butterflies all around. The house was spotless, smelled clean with everything in order. The beds were by far the most comfortable beds we have slept in while on vacation. Great water pressure, plenty of hot water. The house is so spacious, plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. If you are considering staying at this beautiful house- BOOK IT!!

My spouse, two children and I really enjoyed this property. The property was spacious and clean. The view was absolutely amazing! There were restaurants and markets nearby, but there was also plenty of activities at the home( hot tub, board games, pool table, basketball, darts, grill, pool, etc.) to keep all ages busy. The decks were amazing for having your morning coffee or just sitting for a chat while enjoying the view. We visited several beaches while in town and were really appreciative of the beach chairs and cooler provided by the property. We would certainly recommend staying at this property while in St. Thomas.

This house is amazing ! It’s better than the pictures. So many outside decks to lounge on and inside rooms to hang in. The kitchen is huge! And each room has a view! The house was clean and came with beach towels and pool noodles ! Carrie was great and gave us great recommendations - we would up using a taxi service (per day) she suggested and it was definitely worth it. Can’t wait to come back!

The view at this house is amazing! It feels like you are perched right over the water. Unobstructed view. It is in a great location - equally easy to get to Red Hook and to Megan’s Bay. The house is really uniquely laid out -very spacious and spread out with lots of privacy among guest rooms. There were so many fun things for the teens at the house. Great amenities. Pool (unheated) and hot tub. The kitchen is huge and awesome - double almost every appliance and expansive view. There are deck/patio spaces on multiple levels all great spots for hanging out and enjoying the views. The property manger/host is very helpful and responsive.

We booked a trip to St Thomas and stayed at Paradise Palms. We went in blind, having never been to USVI. What we got was breathtaking. The house is kind of hidden in a neighborhood but that’s what adds to the privacy. You don’t hear anything but waves, and A LOT of them. I woke up in the morning to multicolored water and the bluest sky I’ve seen since Montana a decade ago. There are 3 decks from which to choose to sip your coffee. I tried them all, but my favorite was the largest one by the pool with red “couch”. Everything has a view of the ocean. Every.Single.Room. I counted 6 bedrooms. This place is large, and if you’re on one end of the house, you can’t hear anyone on the other end of the house. It’s well soundproofed and solid. Apparently the owners have put a lot of work into the home and it’s beautiful. The floors throughout are marble. Everything is bright and open. Much of the deck work and pergolas look brand new. There is quality deck lighting everywhere, and modern fixtures inside. Everything we needed was there, as well as stuff we didn’t even realize we needed. The very large kitchen/dining area was essentially 2 kitchens. There was a large table and a long counter with seating for 16, but we always ate outside. Nothing is far from this location. Any of the beaches and attractions are easily doable. I particularly enjoyed the game room. There are so many games on that particular machine. One night from the deck we saw a boat- we think- so we ran up to the game room to use the telescopes. There’s a card/poker table in that room as well as a bar and board games. It’s not often one gets to soak in a hot tub on a cliff overlooking the ocean with a million stars overhead. Next to the hot tub you’ll find darts, a pool table and one of those basketball net. The top deck, it’s on the roof. This would be a great spot for a destination wedding. The view would make for beautiful wedding pictures and the layout works well, with a room for the bride to get ready in just a few steps away. The rest of the house could house guests and hold a reception. There are speakers outside to pump in music. I think I counted seating for 26 up on the top deck? This place is not small and was designed for large groups. I feel so special and privileged to have stayed at Paradise Palms with the breathtaking Views. So go, take your family, or a group of friends. Take a 2nd honeymoon. Or go alone, sleep on one of the decks under those million stars. Just…go.
