Really nice place with a lot of things to do! We loved the game room and the outside kitchen/dining area. Wished we could have stayed longer!!

The property is located very near the Sequoia National Park and is secluded and private. The owner was very prompt in replying to questions. The only negatives were the air conditioning had trouble cooling during the heat of the day and there were a lot of ants in the kitchen. I think it is also important to note that the third bedroom is on a lower level with no direct access to the house without going outside

Shepherd's Heights was a very well outfitted, beautifully decorated home with excellent views of the river. Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. The game garage (so many different types of games!) and large TV in the living room were much appreciated along with the tastefully appointed and comfortable furniture. Beds were incredibly comfortable (a huge plus!) There is absolutely no cell service at the house but wifi worked well. Also, it was quite confusing for us at first as we had no idea where the 3rd bedroom was... it is indeed a private entrance and at the lower level of the home accessed separately (I was a bit nervous at first but one lucky kid of ours really enjoyed it). All-in-all, a really great rental in very close proximity to Sequoia National Park (though, unfortunately, not during our stay as the entrance was closed due to the winter wash outs... but a 150+ mile one day trip later, we did get to see General Sherman!!!) Oh, and the wild life. Multiple sightings of deer on the property really amused the kids. Only a bear sighting could have made it better!

This property is exceptional!! There was plenty of space to spread out in the house and plenty of space to gather together. My kids LOVED the game room and were there playing first thing each morning and late each night! The house was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and the furniture, beds and linens were comfy and appeared to be new. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed making breakfasts and dinners there. We were in the area to visit Sequoia National Park and it did not disappoint! Please be aware that severe bad weather over the winter/spring has caused some areas of the park and roads to close…but we pressed on and took the long away around and still got to see all of the parks highlights. Only wish we had more time to enjoy the gorgeous property!!

We enjoyed the short trip to Three Rivers. The location and the house is perfect with a nice view of the white waters.

It was immaculate, had an AMAZINGLY stocked kitchen (we appreciated spices, olive oil, coffee and tea!), a wonderful hot tub and the best game room ever! The house overlooks the mountains and river and is peaceful and beautiful. Everything worked great, the host had a great info site and access was easy. I highly recommend this wonderful property and beautiful home!

Myself and my friends absolutely LOVED our stay at Three Rivers. The host was super communicative and they even supply a document that’s amazing as a quick reference for house rules, directions and how to access the place. Saadia even accommodated an early check-in time which allowed us to get some hiking in! The house decor was spacious and homey. And the views of the mountains were BREATHTAKING! Waking up and sipping coffee on the large deck was a highlight of my trip. My friends and I were able to cook using the appliances and the cookware provided (group of 6) for the entire weekend, since the location is somewhat remote, but theres a few restaurants nearby as well. It’s probably one of my favorite rentals that I’ve ever stayed in. So peaceful, charming, and modern. One of my friends even wants to return with another group later in the year!

This property does not disappoint! The views and accommodations are only topped by the managers attention to detail and customer service. What a fabulous experience so close to Sequoia National Park.
