Very spacious. Lots of games to play. The hot tub was great. Lots of pillows. The wildlife was great. The deer ate right out of our hands.

There were no small spoons. We could not park in the garage.

Towels were great quality and plenty of them . Sheets were nice. Plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. Soap products were great as well. We love this location. Have stayed in this property 6 of the last 8 years with different owners. We love the private deck and hot tub. We also have enjoyed the layout of these houses. Plenty of bedrooms and baths. And we really enjoy the Boulder Lake Club.

The house seems to be declining. Hardwood floors need sanding and refinishing. Large black ants were seen a couple times in the kitchen. Carpets need replacing. The rear deck needs power washing. Table and chairs had cushions for all sets in box. No longer there, so chairs are very uncomfortable.And wicker furniture is falling apart. Broken flower pot on deck needs throwing out. Pine tree hanging over driveway onto car aggravating. Needs trimming. We always had 8-12 lake passes. This house only provided 4. Cost me an additional $150.

The location and the nature and it was comfortable.

It wasn’t clean that good and some furniture smelled like rat skin , and the bed in 2nd floor the one big bed and on bed on top wasn’t comfortable my uncle god his head injured because of that .
