We loved the area and being in the middle of the Keys. Sunsets and sunrises were beautiful. Lots to do or nothing at all

Our stay at Mystical Seas was awesome. The house was exactly as it was depicted on the website. It was the most stocked house we have ever rented. Sherry was the perfect host, ready to answer any questions we may have had. Our vacation was perfect and we will be staying there again and recommending it to anyone who wants a place to stay in the Keys.

Marathon is a great spot on the keys. It is quieter than the northern and southern points with lots to do and wonderful places to eat. The key colony part is nice and quiet and peaceful. The little bungalow served our families needs perfectly and had everything that we needed. The host communicated fast and had everything ready to go.

Sherry, your house is a paradise! Me loved everything! The decorations are beautiful and the colors are vibrant and happy. Everything is thought through, for every occasion. The house was super clean. The beds were comfortable, and the TV in the living room was the biggest I have seen. There are games set up to play on a rainy day and there is a retro popcorn machine which we enjoyed too! The spotlight is the huge swim spa or hot tub- you can adjust the temperature as you like. We enjoyed it every night after walking to see the sunset. There are many bikes to choose and even a pump included. The canal is beautiful and full of life and there are fishing rods and bait. We used the kayaks, and paddled to the nearby canals. the Cabana Club membership is also included and their beach is very nice for swimming. We had THE BEST time and we recommend Sherry’s place for everyone. We are already planning on returning :))))

House had everything! Comfortable beds- toys, jogging stroller- high chair- great hot tub- spices in kitchen- tons of towels- beach chairs- and bikes! Boche ball- popcorn maker- hot tub!!!! Perfect!!! Perfect! Right by golf course- walkable to pool! Ty

We all enjoyed the house. It was everything as advertised and more. Sherry was a superb host. She even came back to the house to help with a few little things, instead of trying to help us over the phone

This property was wonderful. Everything we could possibly need was at our house. The rooms were very comfortable. The location was great. The swim spa was used daily. We all agreed we would definitely stay here next time we're in the Keys!

Wonderful home for a Keys week for our family! The owner thought of everything from plenty of beach towels, to fishing gear and bait, a full ice chest, kayaks and snorkel gear, and so much beauty right in the channel! The swim spa was much bigger than we thought and was a wonderful way to start and end the days! We all fished right on the channel and caught a variety of lane snapper, mangrove snapper, grunts, silver jacks, toadfish, and even saw 2 shark and a tarpon with a huge manatee stopping by to say goodnight. Our fishing family loved it here! Thank you!

This home was so very well equipped with necessities and LOTS of extra fun things to make our stay FUN and comfortable. The spa was especially nice when we had a bit of a cool, rainy day. We used the kayaks several times. There were beach towels for everyone, bikes to spin around the neighborhood on, a Margaritaville machine and more. The decor was charming. I recommend this VRBO!

I don’t even know where to begin. We had everything we could have possibly needed and things we didn’t even know we did. The proximity to the boat rental, Cabana Club and great restaurants couldn’t have been better. When the weather was bad we were pulling barracuda, mangrove snapper and yellow jack right out of the canal. We were visited by manatee almost daily. Even saw a couple nurse shark idly swimming by. The pool/hot tub was a big hit with the kids as was pickle ball courts right across the street. Kayaks and paddle board were like new. Sherry was an amazing host! We can’t wait to come back! I wish I could post pictures of all we saw in the canal.

Went down to Marathon for a fishing trip with my family. The location of the property right on the canal gave us easy access to the ocean. My nieces enjoyed fishing for Mangrove Snappers right off the canal. Even caught a couple of keepers. Sherry was a great host. She had fishing poles and a bait freezer. She was very responsive to any questions or needs we had during our stay. The place was very clean and well stocked with supplies like dish soap and garbage bags. Will definitely stay at her property again!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sherry's beautiful vacation home, and we cannot sing its praises enough. From the moment we arrived, it became evident that Sherry takes extraordinary care in ensuring her guests have an unforgettable stay. With a spotless home and thoughtful provisions, she truly goes above and beyond. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the property was impeccable. We were delighted to find that Sherry had thoughtfully stocked the house with everything we could possibly need during our stay. From a well-stocked kitchen with utensils and appliances, to clean linens and towels in every room, there was never a moment where we found ourselves lacking. Even the bathrooms were equipped with various toiletries, saving us the trouble of bringing our own. Sherry's attention to detail truly made us feel at home and allowed us to focus solely on enjoying our vacation. Furthermore, the home was beautifully decorated, showcasing a tasteful blend of style and comfort. The furniture was plush and cozy, making it easy for our family to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The spacious layout provided enough room for everyone, ensuring that each family member had their own space to retreat to. Additionally, the beds were incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. It is essential to mention how incredible our host Sherry was throughout our stay. She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive to any questions!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house and location were just amazing. Check in was a breeze. The house had everything we needed and more (fishing poles, bait, ice — having the ice machine was awesome — ice chests, beach towels, etc.) The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need and more. Sherry was wonderful — friendly, helpful, and accommodating! We hope to be able to come back and stay there again some time.

Sherry is just an incredible host. Communication was A+, and she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Our friends staying on KCB were jealous of all the amenities we had. We ate every meal at the house, except two. Just a wonderful place to spend some time with family.

We enjoyed 9 days at this property with two of our adult sons - very relaxing. The property was as described and fit our needs well. We enjoyed the large hot tub every day, plus kayaking and visiting local beaches. And, coming “home” and cooking our fresh catch on the grill was great! The restaurants are amazing too - plenty of options. The aquarium was a great experience on one of the rainy days. The owner is awesome, very responsive and helpful. She had everything set for us when we arrived - even had beach music playing. Fabulous trip!

The location of the house is perfect! Within walking distance to a couple restaurants and a short drive to others on marathon. Being right on the canal was beautiful and we were lucky enough to see all types of wildlife; egrets, fish, pelicans, lizards and even manatees!! The kayaks and paddles are a little older, but we didn’t mind! They still gave us a great opportunity to paddle around and explore. Although the water conditions didn’t allow us to go fishing, there’s ample fishing gear and bait which was such a thoughtful touch. The house itself is a duplex, but you’d never guess it. We never heard a peep out of our neighbors which made for a quiet and relaxing trip. The interior is covered in beautifully crafted art and decor that helps to really put you into beach mode! The beds (including the Murphy bed) were comfortable and have loads of blankets and pillows so you can get some serious rest. We took advantage of the solar shower and GIANT swim spa as well. Sherry was very attentive and easy to communicate with as well. She gave us lots of great tips and advice (it felt like we were traveling with a local guide!) The whole time my guests and I really just felt lucky to have found such an amazing place:)

It was a super cute, well decorated, well stocked home. We didn’t need anything because everything was there especially for the kitchen. The swim spa was awesome and the courtyard it’s is in is magical at night! Would definitely stay again. The owner was very available and answered our questions within seconds.

This property was by far one of the most well stocked properties we have ever stayed at. The host was exceptionally caring and communicative The neighborhood was centrally located, safe and quiet. I would highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again.

Every year we get away for a week. We are from Michigan so we are always looking for a warm place to spend a week before all of the holidays and snow starts and winter takes over. We especially like the wide canals and the clear water. They have fishing rods here so that we could fish off the dock, so cool. We caught mangrove snapper mostly and even had enough for dinner. We saw some manatee, and a spotted eagle ray. It's like this place has it's own aquarium. Very well equipped house. There are a couple of nice restaurants located within walking distance, and Key Colony has a great set up for walking. Tennis and pickleball courts and the golf course behind the house. And a nearby playground and basketball and shuffleboard courts. We loved the swim spa. We liked to sit and enjoy the spa feature, and then the kids enjoyed turning on the swim jets, they had a blast. This was exactly what we were looking for, thanks Sherry for sharing your beautiful place with us. We will see you next year!!!

Very thoughtfully appointed home. There were things we didn't even realize we needed until we used them. The Margaritaville triple blender, so much fun. The home was so clean and beautifully decorated. Right on the waterfront in Key Colony Beach. We rented a boat. We are novices when it comes to boating so we appreciated the deep water canals and ease of getting out to the Gulf or The Atlantic. We did a sunset cruise every night. Just out of the canal is the Shelter Bay and the Vaca Cut, no need to go far. Now for the "swim spa", that thing is SWEET!!!! It was hot during the day, so we kept the heat down about 85*~ more than enough room for all of us. We bumped the heat up at night. Plastic drink glasses worked perfectly so we could take our "Margaritaville" drinks out with us. We threw dinner on the smoker while we soaked. One guy in our group is a self proclaimed chef, so breakfast every morning off of the Blackstone flat top grill......Yes definitely the BEST vacation. Thanks Sherry for sharing your paradise with us.
