The house is well appointed. We had 7teenagers/adults and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out at night. The game room was an added bonus. The outdoor spaces are very nice as well. We enjoyed our time at this property

We especially enjoyed the proximity to hiking, the views from the house and the meticulously labelled cupboards and drawers that were equipped with everything you could reasonably need. Jay was also very communicative and easy to connect with for any questions or requests. His description of the house is right on-it was perfect.

The house was perfect and exactly as described in the listing only better! The kitchen is much bigger than it appears in the photo and very well stocked to make a beautiful family celebration dinner! Our host was very responsive to our little questions and we couldn’t have had a nicer experience in his Sedona home!

Jay is an excellent host and has thoughtfully curated this VRBO. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and located in the heart of Sedona, mins away from landmark hikes, restaurants, and grocery stores. We chose this property for a reunion for 7 adults, and could not have been more pleased. Since booking months before our arrival, Jay was easy to reach and was quick to respond. He provided recs for hiking and spas that we used to help plan our itinerary. Check in was easy. On arrival, the property was impeccable, and deep cleaned--even the sofas had been vacuumed. There was plenty of space for all 7 adults. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious, clean, and beds were comfortable. All lights and cabinets were labeled so that things were easy to find. Laundry detergent also stocked, allowing us to wash after long day of hiking in the red rocks. The home offered multiple spaces to explore. We spent 3 nights here and used the outdoor grill, terrace for morning yoga and night stargazing. I particularly liked how smaller groups could find privacy throughout the home, have ample options for activities to explore, but also come together in the communal areas like the living and dining rooms without feeling claustrophobic. The checkout was easy, we did not have to strip the beds like with most rentals etc--overall Jay's requests were simple and straightforward. 10/10 recommend, and would come back to Sedona to stay here again. You've set the bar high!

About us: five professional and well-traveled women in our 40s and 50s gathering for a three night girls getaway. The property exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s spotless - off the charts clean. Uniform vacuum lines were evident on every upholstered and carpeted surface. This felt like luxury accommodation High quality linens, comfortable beds and furniture. Ample throws and blankets available for wrapping up and watching sunrise, sunset and stars from the roof deck, patio, backyard and living areas. Impeccably decorated and thoughtfully appointed. Spacious. Several indoor and outdoor areas for gathering. Incredible views and easy access to hiking, dining, spas and shopping. Kitchen could easily accommodate meal prep and a large dining room table host the gathering. They’ve thought of everything from the bench at the front door and clothes to clean the red dirt from your shoes, to labels on every switch and cabinet, to cots on the roof for stargazing - and a great telescope. Clear, friendly and well organized proactive communications from Jay. Highly responsive. Great sense of humor as evidenced by some cheeky labeling (one switch not connected to a light was labeled “Anyone’s Guess.” We would not hesitate to stay here again. In addition to friend groups, it would be great for families and couples — we didn’t use the game room but bet that our husbands would have. Two king beds, two queens and sofa sleeping space for 3.

The house is perfect. We had 4 adults and 4 kids - the game room was great for the kids to keep busy while the adults stargazed on the rooftop patio. The views from the house don’t disappoint. The house is clean, comfortable and easy. We loved our stay!

We selected this beautiful house to celebrate my wife's 80th birthday. We needed a spacious house to accommodate our party of nine people, and after searching the VRBO site, we selected this house. We are glad we did. The home is spacious, with amazing Red Rock views, within walking distance of trail heads, and a short drive to grocery stores. The separate "casita" was perfect for our granddaughters, as it had all the needed amenities and was adjacent to the game room. All of us enjoyed the ping-pong table, the basketball game, and the video arcade game machine that had adults reliving their childhood with the many retro games available. The outside area has a nice patio with a comfortable sofa and chairs and a great BBQ grill, which we used a couple of times. The rooftop terrace is the perfect place to see the stars in the clear Sedona sky and be treated to the occasional shooting star streaking across the dark sky. The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked with all the amenities needed to create a wonderful dinner to serve at the large dining room table. Jay was very prompt in taking care of a few minor issues that did not detract from enjoying this beautiful property. Our stay was wonderful, with only pleasant experiences. A great vacation and celebration of my wife's birthday.

The house was wonderful, clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was very convenient to grocery, hiking, and restaurants. Everyone enjoyed their stay and Sedona.

The accommodations were stellar. Breathtaking views from the floor to ceiling windows of Chimney Rock. Within walking distance to a trail up to Chimney Rock. Property was perfect for 4 couples. It was beautifully appointed, super clean & had absolutely everything we needed. The game room was fun, even for our older group. Ping-pong games were a highlight of the weekend! Fabulous stay & we will most definitely be back!

This property met all expectations. Very spacious, clean, well equipped, quiet neighborhood, GREAT views. Property owner Jay was very responsive. Would surely stay here again on any future visits to Sedona.

The house itself was a dream come true and matches the listing, but the fine policy was a absolute nightmare. Only AFTER booking did we receive a long list of issues that result in a fine of at least $XXX and expulsion with no refund and it would cost $XXXX to immediately cancel our stay Because I tried to save $XXX by not buying the VRBO insurance and paid the $XXXX “fully refundable” deposit out of pocket I found their policy terrifying and could not relax during our stay (I didn’t tell my family so they could enjoy themselves) Despite our efforts to leave the house better than we found it, we had an issue with the driveway. Despite placing cardboard under each car, one late arrival left a line of oil on the driveway when they backed out. I immediately informed the owner about the issue. I tried to help him resolve the issue quickly, leaving kitty litter for him to use and provided a list of free to >$X ways to clean the stain. However, the owner ended up charging us $XXXX to replace whole sections of the driveway. After pleading with the owner, they eventually used a $X product to remove the stains completely, however, he still charged us $XXX for other failed attempts to remove the stain The house was gorgeous, but not worth it for me as I was not able to enjoy any part of our stay, and then ending up paying more than twice my worst-case nightmare of fines. In summary, if you can afford to buy the VRBO insurance for your stay, do it, otherwise, stay somewhere else.

What a treasure this house was with amazing views, beautiful inside and out, and so close to everything! Shopping, hiking, and lots of fun was all about 5 min away. The house is cozy, has all kitchen items you need to cook or grill, the game room was a blast, comfortable beds and cozy decor. The views of the mountains from inside the home were beautiful to wake up to. Jay the owner was so quick to respond if we needed anything. We are excited to plan a time to come back and visit!

This was a perfect getaway in a beautiful home! The location is awesome with stunning red rock views from all the huge windows. The home is supplied with everything you need! The kitchen is stocked for cooking meals and coffee. We enjoyed outdoor grilling in the beautiful private backyard space - including corn hole. The bathrooms have everything from blow dryers to Q-tips. The rooftop terrace is amazing with comfy seating and even yoga mats. The 4 bedrooms, and 4 ensuites was perfect for our family. Even our doggie was in heaven with a dog bed and bowls of her own. We enjoyed the gameroom with some friendly competition. They thought of everything in all the details in this home! Mr. Patel was an amazing host with excellent communication throughout our stay. This place is fabulous and we hope to return for the next family getaway!

Sedona is amazingly beautiful and this house has amazing views looking at the mountains. It is set up for fun with a game room, roof deck and and open floorplan. There are trails and great food close and it and a very quiet neighborhood.

we stayed there for 2 nights 8 pepole this property is everything you can wish for from the game room to the beautiful living room and dining area but the most amazing place of the house is the rooftop sitting area just wow the view is mesmerizing so beautiful. the host was super nice and helpful with everything we needed he gave us an early check in and late check out. we had a little problem with there water and had immediately send someone to take care of it. the house is close to everything and located in a beautiful area of sedona I will come back there for sure this is the best property I have ever stayed in sedona just wow thank you very much for having us
