Camera spaziosa, pulita, letto enorme e comodo. Staff gentilissimo. Ci hanno anticipato il check in alle 12. Vicino al centro e al terminalito. Spazi comuni accoglienti e ampli. Cucina a disposizione degli ospiti. In generale un buon ostello dove alloggiare, ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio e la zona è molto tranquilla anche alla sera

Purtroppo il bagno non era in camera ma dovevi scendere le scale, passare dalla cucina e dalla zona pranzo. Questo non era menzionato e avendo pagato per un bagno privato ci immaginavamo che questo fosse in camera. La camera inoltre seppur bella è molto rumorosa impossibile dormire dopo le 6. Addebitano il 5% per pagamenti con carta, da turisti ed essendo che le commissioni per il prelievo sono folli non lo trovo molto corretto, a questo punto avrei preferito che l'addebito venisse fatto tramite il sito di booking.

Nice location in the center of town and super friendly and helpful staff. Cool old building and very comfortable.

Great location- just a block from the local bus terminalito and a few minutes walk to the main square and market. The owners were very kind and also really helpful with coordinating activities through local companies (rafting, paragliding, canyoning, etc.). They also were willing to make breakfast for us for a nominal fee, which was always yummy. Great value and great hostel!

They did sometimes make it seem like you had to book any activities through them, but you can always book elsewhere, as there are many companies in town. That being said, they did have some prices for activities that were cheaper than going through other companies, so it was often still the better option.

The location is perfect, just next to the terminalito and a few steps from the main square. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Warm atmosphere.

We loved our stay in the private room! The room was quite big, nice bathroom, and comfortable beds. Staff were extremely helpful, helped us organize activities and transport, and also made great breakfast! This was all for a very good price. Loved our stay!

Only thing is that the fan couldn't quite beat the heat. Airconditioning would be nice :)

The staff was amazing, helpfull and so nice. My dad was sick and the girl of the front desk help him to get better, she was super nice telling us what to do and the tours they offer

bedt value, nice communal area, only 4 beds in a dorm, comfortable matress, power socket for each bed, friendly staff that arrange all activities for you. The hostel is located in a quiet area about 4 blocks away from the central square and next to the small bus terminal (terminalito), where the buses to Barichara depart. Good breakfast available for little money.

Clean, central, nice room and cosy common areas. Good breakfast and information. That was already a 10 but the lady was super helpful to book a last minute parapente tour, bring us to the station. She also helped us with a night bus booking and offered to wait in the hotel the night before. Definitely recommended !

The location was perfect, close to the main square and to the bus station to go to Barichara. Bed is super comfy and the common area with hammocks is the best place to chill. The owner and the staff are really friendly and they will make you feel at home from the moment you step foot in the hostel. All the activities are available at the hostel for good prices. Breakfast was delicious. Least but not last, the sweet crazy cat Loki who acts like a dog!

A very warm and welcoming hostel, comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, nice common area, hot shower, close to bus terminal to Barichara . And very good price for budget travelers. Host gave me very useful information made my trip more smooth and save money. Thank you.

Amazing place , 5 mins walking to the main plaza. Quiet during the night. Very nice common area with hammocks, sofas etc. Good WiFi in whole facility. Really clean bathrooms with hot water. Rooms also very clean, comfy beds, fan in every room and socket near every bed (no problems with phone charging). Towels included , soap , coffee, tea. Well equiped kitchen, u can also do the laundry for very reasonable price. All activities (excursions) available at the hostel with good prices. Great place with a very welcoming hostess. It is clean, cheap and has everything you need. Comfortable beds in the dorms and a chill vibe. Plus, Yeinny gives very detailled and useful information about the activities around. Don't hesitate to try the hot chocolate, it's a killer !

Very nice hostel in good location. The hosts were incredible friendly and helpful, quick in responding and had loads of recommendations. They can help with booking activities. My bus was late but they waited me long after Check-In time:-) Rich breakfast, very clean and always a smile - thank you!

What a great place to stay ! Such a nice welcome, the staff is always ready to help you and give you advices. You can feel that they genuinely want you to have a good time there. The rooms are nice and the beds are confortable, its clean, you can use the kitchen which is well equiped, the location is perfect, close to the main square and to the small bus terminal from which you can take buses to visit the surroundings. Relaxed atmosphere, very nice staff and comfortable beds with sockets next to your bed and a small lamp. They have information about the activities around San Gil and you can arrange it directly with them. Also very clean. I would recommend it!

It can get loud in the room because of the traffic. It is located in a small street but there are many cars passing by. I could still sleep well.
