I have been staying in this unit for 1 week this time of year for about 20 years, it has always been a comfortable clean unit. Extra special this year as the unit has been freshly painted with new lounge and bed covers.

The unit badly needs ceiling fans, as it is most uncomfortable during the hot nights, the unit faces Northeast, so if get a southerly change it doesn’t cool the unit down

A beautiful relaxing week. Driving over the bridge into Forster gives a sense of serenity. The water is beautiful. The unit is basic (ie no air conditioning or ceiling fans), but the price, location and beach across the road and pool in the complex, make up for this. Pedestal fans are provided, but bring an extra extension cord or two with you if you are using both bedrooms. Kitchen is tiny but we do not eat in much when we are on holidays. Lounge and beds are comfortable, unit is clean and the view is outstanding. We love it here and will keep coming back.

This is maybe the 15th time we've stayed in this unit at Christmas. It's a brilliant location and we appreciated the new paint and new furniture this year. Being across form the beach is brilliant and there are shops, cafes and restaurants only a few minutes walk away.

Unfortunately this property was undergoing major repairs which were extended beyond the advertised date. This virtually rendered the unit uninhabitable.
Fortunately we were assisted by the helpful staff at the Forster branch of Wiseberry Realestate to relocate us to a beautiful unit at the same location.

Reasonable value, we found Wiseberry unresponsive in confirming our ongoing booking and we are still awaiting a receipt and written confirmation for the 2023 booking for 2 units. We have phoned twice re this issue.
