The location of the hotel was pretty good, but the hotel was nothing to brag on. Our specific hotel room smelled like a combination of stale cigarettes and wet dog. Our toilet did not function properly, I called the front desk, they sent someone to “fix it”. The toilet was “fixed” Until the next time we needed to use it. They eventually had to come upstairs, take the lid off the toilet, and tell me how to operate the top tank of the toilet to fix it. We were unable to move to another room because there were no other rooms that fit the needs that we had. There was no offering to remediate the situation either other than just showing us how to run the toilet, which included having to reach into the toilet and moved the float so that it would let the water release and fill back up.

Our stay here was not the greatest, but it worked. The building,windows, and doors are a little old. The room was updated a bit, but overall, I would just say our stay was OK.

Rooms are old but were kept up nice. Bathroom was really small.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. However the breakfast was lackluster and there was hair in the food at times. The room doors do not block much sound or light from the hallway making it very difficult to sleep, especially on the first floor.

We will book here again. It offered everything we needed in our stay.

Nice hotel, would def stay again. The only thing that bothered me was the kitchen cook wore gloves to cook, but went out and wiped tables and cleared dirty dishes and then went into the kitchen to continue cooking without changing gloves. That grossed me out a bit. But other than that the staff was beyond friendly and it was very clean and the rooms were nice and spacious
