Very clean accommodations, comfy bed, great location. Perfect choice for our weekend getaway!!! First time in Ellicottville, came for the Food Festival, will definitely be back.

We went for a girls weekend, and were beyond happy with this rental. There was such attention to detail, making sure everything we could have needed was there. The townhome was very clean, and felt like a home away from home.
The townhouse is decorated with a very Ellicottville feel - it was terrific. They have games, books (the books were from authors that are trending now), a well stocked kitchen with all the things to allow cooking, for a night in.
Overall, this is a fabulous rental.
We look forward to returning.

What a wonderful stay! This is one of the cleanest places I have stayed. Everything we could need was there, including pancake syrup I forgot to buy at the grocery store haha! Communication with the owner was efficient, quick and kind. The kids actually asked to just stay at the condo for a day because we enjoyed it so much. The deck was peaceful, the beds comfortable and the shower pressure was grwat. We enjoyed reading the books there and playing board games. So much fun! Thank you hope to come again someday!

Cute condo! We had a great stay! Unfortunately, it rained the entire day we planned to ski, but we had a blast playing board games! The hosts were accommodating for a later departure Sunday, since it snowed overnight, and we could ski for a few hours. Z

Great place in a great area to explore Ellicottville. One issue that was outside the property owners control but Mikayla was SUPER responsive and instantly did what she could to make the situation right! Kudos to her!!

My husband and I came to town for our Anniversary and loved our time at Holiday Valley. I loved how the place was decorated/designed!

It was so clean and such a comfortable space. They even set up a pack n play for my baby to sleep in. Communication was spot on if I had any questions! If we ever make a trip here again, we will for sure stay at this spot!

The place is very clean, quiet, and a great place to stay. Great communication with Makayla who is super friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.
It might already be mentioned in the description, but worth adding here that if someone isn’t able to do stairs, there are two sets of stairs to get into the property, but well maintained.

The property was very clean and Tidy! I had a very relaxing time. Location was wonderful.
The only thing I’d change is they would have a keurig available for use. Other than that we would definitely stay again.

My husband and I planned a short overnight getaway in Ellicottville and this was the perfect spot! I wished we had planned a longer stay to take more advantage of the space, but it was perfectly stocked up in the kitchen and with toiletries in the bathroom. Cute little balcony to look over the hills of Holiday Valley! We hope to come back in the winter to enjoy the ski-in/out features. Thank you Mikayla!

We loved our mini ski vacation at Holliday Valley and our stay at Mikayla's property!
The property was just as described on Vrbo, was very well kept and immaculately clean. The location is super convenient with the closest ski lift only a stones throw away.
The check-in process was a breeze with Mikayla's detailed instructions and I was very impressed with how responsive Mikayla was with any questions we had about our stay.
We hope we are able to come back and do it again next year!

We had a wonderful stay, our host was very communicative and accommodating, the condo was clean and comfortable. We had plenty of room for 6 of us. The ski hills were a walk away and the shuttle was perfect if we didn’t want to walk. Would highly recommend!!

This condo is in a perfect location for a family ski trip to Holiday Valley. Nice main bedroom downstairs and four beds upstairs (bunk bed, separate bed plus trundle) meant plenty of room for our family of 5. All around a great trip.

Everything was as advertised, well stocked for all the standard conveniences. Very short drive to the mountain. Perfect for a small family with youngish kids. Property manager had great communication.
