Fantastic setup for a family, with ensuite bathrooms in all bedrooms, a private pool and plenty of living and kitchen space

Fantastic holiday rental in terms of quality and location. Contact with owner was excellent if you needed any help with tourist information or problems with the villa.

Lovely place to stay at. This villa is perfectly located right near the main street and Four Mile Beach, with everything within walking distance. The villa itself has everything you need for a fully self sustained stay. Complimenting this is the pool and outdoor entertainment area which is where we spent most of our time. It's private and comfortable. You cannot go wrong at Chez Willow.

Celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary with our two teenage sons. Had a wonderful time. Accomodation was beautiful. Made good use of the pool and outdoor area. Location was only a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend.

We are 3 adult couples who had a wonderful stay at Chez Willow. Accommodation is extremely comfortable with ensuite's for each bedroom, a well equipped kitchen and large dining area. The pool and adjacent outdoor area with a fridge to store our refreshments was a fabulous way to relax after exploring Port Douglas and its many tourist options.The location is outstanding within easy walking distance to the beach and local restaurants and cafes. Jon is an excellent host and is very responsive with local information and even accommodated our request for a late check-out. Highly recommended!

The location is perfect, so close to town everything is walking distance even with 3 kids under 5. The pubs, restaurants and brewery were great. The villa is fantastic, with all rooms having an ensuite and the pool area was fantastic. When we return to Port Douglas will be hoping to stay here again, thanks for having us Jon.

My siblings & I visited Chez Willow for Christmas- the property was really spacious, wonderfully appointed & location could not have been better- just a short stroll to the beach & main street. We’ll definitely be staying here for future trips!

Location is terrific with only minutes to the beach, Main Street, restaurants and shops. Chez Willow villa 1 was very clean and had everything we needed. We were a family of 7 which included a 2 year old, which was a little challenging with the dinning room out by the pool and unless you kept the big bifold doors closed the toddler had to remain in the high chair. The pool looked inviting and the weather was great but the pool was far too cold to swim in (maybe some heating wouldn’t go astray.) when we arrived the only car park out the front was taken by people in a back villa which meant we had to park up on the nature strip further up from the villa and that remained like that for the entire 5 days. Jon was very accommodating and everything we asked for he made sure we had. The only other issue was the TV remote, none of them would turn the TV on or off so this had to be done manually, no big deal but probably needs looking at. All in all a fabulous place to stay and we would stay there again and highly recommend it. Sue & Family

Such a beautiful, well appointed property with everything you could want or need ! Loved the 3 bedrooms each with their own bathrooms (especially with a teenager !) the location, the lovely outdoor entertainment area, washing and cooking facilities, air con , FOXTEL - wow I could go on and on and on ! Really attentive Owners too - can not recommend this beautiful property highly enough !

We had the most marvellous stay at Chez Willow. Beautifully presented and ideally located.

Great location but is noisy with traffic and maintenance people. We found it very clean and tidy, the pool was great and the kitchen ammenities were good. Unfortunately for the amount we paid we did experience the following issues - the TV in the main bedroom couldn’t be used as it was heavily pixelated, the pillows were past their use by date and the water pressure in the shower was low. Additionally, one of our party that used the third bedroom couldn’t exit due to a broken door knob. However, we did enjoy our stay overall but it could have been better.

Our group of 5 adults stayed at Chez Willows 1 over the October long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was well appointed, walking distance to the Restuarant's and beach. Clean throughout and a great plunge pool. Highly recommended.

This was an excellent choice for 5 friends having a long weekend away. There was plenty of space to spread out and room to sit comfortably together. The villa was very clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and the living and dining areas worked well. The kitchen was well equipped and the private pool was perfect. The location was great - close to the beach and to restaurants and shops. Would certainly stay at Chez Willow again.

Chez Willow is perfect for families - the location is fantastic. A stones throw to the beach and Port Douglas shops and restaurants and the marina. The villa was beautiful, extremely clean and spacious and offered everything we needed - even pool noodles for the kids. Highly recommended - we hope to be back again soon! Thanks Jon.

We had an amazing stay at Chez Willow. The property is in the perfect location, within quick walking distance of the main street, beach and marina. The house was beautiful and spacious. It had the perfect set up with ensuites for every room and a fantastic pool and alfresco area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in villa one as it was perfectly suited to couples as each bedroom had its own bathroom which is excellent! Would definitely go back!

Stayed at Chez Willow for a week with 3 couples in total. Perfect setup with all bedrooms having their own ensuite. Great location, handy to all amenities. Loved the pool and the dining area. Had a couple of minor problems which were sorted out as soon as they were reported. Would certainly recommend, to any one looking to stay in Port Douglas, and will almost certainly use again myself

Great location for convenience and accessibility. Kitchen well stocked, kids loved the pool and having their own bathroom. Nice and private - ideal for those who prefer their own space compared to big resorts.

Loved it. Clean, spacious , well appointed. All bedrooms were large, each with an ensuite. Loved the indoor/outdoor dining with its bi-fold window to the kitchen! Oodles of towels provided (both bath and pool). BEST POSSIBLE LOCATION with easy walking access to Main Street , Beach, Marina ... And the surf club cafe by the beach (easy 5 min stroll) was a hidden gem ... Great food and an enclosed and shaded kids playground.

Our family of five stayed in Chez Willow and loved every minute of it! The home is perfectly located. Right around one corner you find amazing restaurants and shops and right around the other corner you find four mile beach. The home itself is just beautiful - the kitchen is fully stocked and has the most wonderful dining area by the pool. Every bedroom has a full bathroom which made our life much easier. Don't hesitate to reserve this home!

We enjoyed our stay at Chez Willow...great location, spacious, clean and comfortable. However we had a number of problems with various things, especially for the price paid. The main bedroom air conditioner was not working on arrival and couldn't be fixed until the next day, the stove range hood wasn't working at all and wasn't fixed until the day we left, great having a big barbecue but need some barbe tools or at least more than one set of plastic tongs, the 3rd bedroom toilet had to be fixed as it wasn't flushing, dimmers on lights just flicked on/ off, coffee plunger is in need of replacement and one spare roll of toilet paper provided for 6 people!! John was very helpful when we let him know of break downs, but really think the whole unit is in need of a thorough check/makeover. In its day would have been amazing but for the price it needs to be improved.
