We love Surfside! ! Stayed there during hurricane Michael and sadly, had to evacuate. We love Surfside 14 and will definitely try to return !!!! Kacie was amazing !!

Condo was very clean and well maintained. The location had plenty of parking and was right on the beach.

this property was perfect, extremely well stocked, and convenient. A 1 minute (or less) walk to the beach, an elevator, an elevator cart, a large porch with ocean view and lots of chairs -- a coffee maker that works for regular coffee or k-cups, plenty of towels, blankets, etc. Easy check out with just garbage removal and dishwasher start. We highly recommend!!

This condo was perfect for our stay. Beautifully furnished. Very quiet at night. Perfect location to explore Mexico Beach, Port St.Joe, St. George Island, and Appalachacola. If enjoying beach time is your goal this is the place; it’s right on the beach and very convenient. Host communications and instructions were great and made things so easy. Beautifully decorated home, supplies were all there. Beach was not crowded, no high rises around! Kacie is a very good host. Thank you for sharing your home!

What a nice, comfortable place. Plenty of room for 4 adults. The owner was so nice and easy to reach with questions and concerns. Perfect location and the ability to leave all buggies and beach equipment at your car is super! Leave the sand downstairs! We will be back next year!

Great condo. Great location. Only thing I would add would be instead of a random 10 digit door code that’s hard to remember and unique for each reservation you might make the door code the guest’s phone number so it’s easy to remember. Also a clean towel bucket to store beach towels and some towel hooks by the front door. Just some ideas.

We enjoyed our stay in Surfside 14. The condo was nice and clean. Kitchen contained all the basics that most would need for cooking. So glad that Mexico Beach is rebuilding and we were able to return!

Amazing place , all you need to enjoy a few days away from it all, walk right out onto the beach anytime and only a block from marina store! will definitely be back!

We can't say enough amazing things about this rental. The condo is located steps from the beach making beach days so convenient. The space was beautiful and clean and the balcony provides some views of the water. The condo also provided everything you could have needed for an awesome beach vacay: beach chairs, basic cooking necessities, washer/dryer for sandy towels/bathing suits, 2 coffee machines, blender, and recommendations on the best spots/restaurants in Mexico Beach and St Joe's Island. We highly recommend the two state parks (TH Stone Memorial on Cape San Blas and Dr. Julian G. Bruce St. George Island State Park). They're a little drive but well worth the white sands, wild dunes, teal water, and less people. Overall we absolutely loved our stay here and highly recommend for a convenient and beautiful beach getaway.

The condo was a perfect location on the beach. Clean and comfortable. Very easy check-in and checkout. Kitchen had everything we needed. This was our 2nd time staying here and we'll be back!

The condo was beautiful, just as it was pictured! It was also very clean and within steps to the beach. This was our first time to Mexico Beach and it was so nice and peaceful which is exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend this place to anyone and will hopefully be back myself!

The condo was exactly as described. Very clean. I was grateful for the 2 beach chairs supplied inside the condo. When you come down the elevator, you’re right at your car & beach access is right there. After leaving the beach we would put chairs, boogie boards, etc…right in my car to avoid taking them (& extra sand) back to the condo each day. Great setup!

We really enjoyed staying at this property... everything was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the hosts were amazing! We would definitely stay here again!

This was a very nice place. We appreciated how close it was to the beach. 2 adults and 2 teenage girls enjoyed the condo comfortably. I’d stay here again.

Spring break trip for myself, my 21 year old daughter and her best friend. We are beach lovers who just wanted a relaxing getaway in a beautiful setting and that’s exactly what we got. The condo was perfectly sized, clean, and stocked with just what we needed. We dined in 3 of our 6 nights and had all the utensils we needed. Most of the restaurants are a 15-30 minute drive (which was fine with us but may be bothersome to others). Crazy Beach pizza is close and very good. We ventured out to Shipwreck Raw Bar and Cat 5 Raw Bar (Port St Joe, I believe). Both were good but a bit pricey. Caribbean Coffee was a cute (close) beach cafe with lots of choices for breakfast/lunch. Our favorite restaurant was the View on Old 98. Not really much more expensive than the raw bars we visited and the service and food were outstanding. The restaurant itself was beautiful as well. Kacie was super responsive the few times we had questions. Check in was a breeze. We loved being right next to the elevator. Loading and loading were a piece of cake with the carts provided. We primarily loved being so close to the beach. I’ve visited many condos on many beaches and this is definitely at the top of my list. The beach was also very quiet and clean. Cannot wait to return!

Everything about the property was perfect!!

This place was awesome! Beautifully decorated and had anything you may need for your stay! Great view from the balcony and just steps away from the beach. Check in was easy and owner was quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

The unit was very clean, beautifully furnished, all necessities, and on the beach. Our unit was located directly next to the elevator which was a bit loud but not bad once we realized what is was. The only drawback for us was that we would have liked to directly face the beach. But we did have a side view from the balcony which we knew before we booked. We would definitely stay again. Just a note: if you like to go out to eat the choices are limited in the area. You have to drive 25 - 30 minutes for something besides a burger or pizza.
