A huge fee (for cleaning and taxes) of %45 was added after booking and was not included in the "total price" on booking.com. Total price should mean total price. This was deceptive.

This condo was amazing not a bad thing to say loved the condo very safe area we loved the location and Carlos was awesome to deal with very responsive whenever we needed to contact him from the start of the booking until we departed ! We would definitely stay here again & would highly recommend ! Thank you for a wonderful stay & making our vacation great !

A super spacious, modern and sleek condo with a great covered patio. the kitchen was well equipped with appliances. There was a cupboard full of spices and oils for cooking. the pool was just up the hill. we had booked several boat trips out of Fajardo and our Airbnb was less than 5 minutes away. most restaurants and stores were five or ten minutes from the condo. Carlos responded very quickly with any question I had. it was a great stay!
An active marina close but also made our stay more interesting!

The street inside the complex need repair

it had everything we needed. it even had beach chairs and umbrella (which we discovered after the fact)
no washer and dryer. the smell of the hand soap

Location was great. Right on the Harbor and places for nightlife.
The front gate gets stuck a little and you have to try a few times to get it to open.
