Checkin is inconvenient. There is limited room to park and offload your luggage if you choose not to Valet. Valet was shut down from 4AM to 8AM and we had to depart during that time. Parking was 100 yards plus away.
The hot water was non existent for the first 10 minutes the shower ran.

I had a family emergency and missed my flight to handle it. I was met with off putting attitudes and a complete lack of empathy. Both Hotels dot com and Sandia resort were short and flippant and just plain rude. Will not be using either service again, these are places that care so little about the customers that you should reconsider too and go with businesses that care about your travel experience.

Stay was unfriendly, rude, and charged me for thing without first saying they were charging. Took my card to verify that it was the same card used to book the room, then charged 75 dollars the conveniently didn’t show up until they were gone for the day. Put us in a dirty room and refused to move us. I want a refund for the terrible experience

The property is beautiful and clean. Staff wise, it was a mixed basket, some were helpful and friendly others were not. It took forever to get a printed version of the menus. After I was told to look online. And the TV channel which only has the room service menu. The pool closes at 10 and we were rushed out at 9:45, no body else was in it we could have been given some grace. The bathtub was huge and great for a deep soak. The room was beautiful. No microwave? And getting 1/2 and 1/2 for coffee was an adventure I went down to the Starbucks and just bought a cup of it.. So my expectations of and price that was paid for it was not met.

I recently stayed at Sandia Casino and had a great experience. The room was very comfortable and inviting, and the staff at the hotel welcome desk were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere throughout the casino was enjoyable and made for a pleasant stay. Overall, it was a well-rounded experience that I’d recommend.

The room was very clean but we didn’t like that you can’t gamble and drink. Also they limit you to 2 drinks per hour which is the most ridiculous policy I have ever heard of. We won’t come back due to that and Sandia did lose money as we didn’t even want to gamble after being told after 1 beer and a shot that we couldn’t have more. Completely ruined the mood and experience

Our recent stay at this hotel was quite disappointing, especially compared to our previous visit earlier this year. The pervasive foul smells throughout the hotel made for an unpleasant experience. Additionally, the customer service was severely lacking, further detracting from our stay. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet our expectations.
