Our family had a lovely stay in Solana Beach. Arrival and check in were easy. The unit was spacious and clean, with everything we needed. It was nice to be able to utilize the covered hot tub despite the rain. The complex is quiet and private and we appreciated the underground parking spot. The location was also great. Quick walk to the beach as well as coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommend!

The manager was friendly and responsive. The unit is large and has everthing one may need for a weeklong vacation. Private access to the beach is a great plus. We also enjoyed the hot tub a lot. The gated community comes with lots of amenities which are all clean and well taken care of

I think the title says it all. Alyssa was the perfect manager, always responsive throughout even though we had no issues to correct with her during the actual stay. It's a quiet unit in a gated-community that is active enough to make you feel comfortable and connected. One of the highlights is a very short walk across a quiet street to watch the sunset either outdoors on a landing with benches or one flight below in a lounge with ample seating and broad, high windows. We split all of our day and night activities with the sunset over the mind-boggling expanse of the Pacific Ocean. I want to quibble over something so that I don't feel like I'm exaggerating about Alyssa and her property so here goes: my husband and I like to cook most nights even on VRBO vacations. As a result, we always wish our rental kitchens had a few more items in the way of variety of plates/bowls, pots/pans and cookery/utensils. I mean, there was plenty of what you need so maybe it was just us. Alyssa, thank you again. We'd love to make another visit the next time we plan to stay along the coast.

Clean, modern and spacious. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our week here. Property manager was very accommodating to our family's needs and even provided a pack-and-play upon request. Location across from the beach was nice and our 5 year old loved the hot tub!
