Chose this property as it was dog friendly. Great position for the beach, just a few minute walk. The property was lovely. Furnished to a really high standard and had everything you needed for human and dogs. Would highly recommend it.

We had a fabulous stay at here. Incredibly well stocked kitchen, lots of space for everyone! Would highly recommend anyone to stay here and will book again if we come back to this area. Thank you for the fantastic stay!

Wow!!! Was what we all said when we walked in through the door. We were blown away by how beautiful this home is and especially all the amazing and creative Christmas decorations, even down to Christmas duvets and tea towels and the table laid out with such lovely details and mince pies to welcome us! The hosts had thought of everything! The kitchen is really well equipped and lovely to have complimentary speciality coffees and teas etc too. The garden looked like it would be great for the summer and it was secure which was good for our dog, it was lovely to have dog towels provided in the hall and wellies to borrow too! The location is great and really close walk to the beach. The communication from the hosts was great too. We really couldn’t fault anything. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it. We had a three night stay at this property. Great base to explore the local area. The house was clean and very well appointed, with lots of little extra touches. The owner was very good with communication ahead of our stay, giving us all the information we needed. Would highly recommend.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. All the little touches added to it. The bungalow was absolutely spotless both inside & out. It was so well equipped for everything. Towels & bedding all luxurious. Lots of fun games to play for families. Great location for lovely walks. Communication with the Owner was also excellent. We can’t wait to visit again.

I took my 83 year old mum for her Birthday. It was the perfect bungalow. She had a beautiful en suite bedroom and I had a fabulous bedroom and use of the family bathroom. The garden was ideal for my Cockerpoo. Safe and enclosed. Everything in the bungalow was easy to use and it was beautifully presented. . The bungalow was so close to the beach and had beautiful coastal walks on the door step. So close to some great shops like The Range, Home and Bargain, TK Max , Dunelm etc. and the interesting Emporiums in Herne Bay and the village of Belting. It was our favourite property we’ve stayed in and the location was amazing.

Wow! This was a totally very pleasant location and stay. The property was so well equipped with everything from extra blankets to full kitchen with lots extra pots and pans. All bedrooms are so well decorated with storage for your clothes, as are the bathrooms very nice. The outdoor space is equally gorgeous. What you see in the photos is exactly what you have to look forward to. We recommend this place 100%

Really good property that was exactly as described. Great communication with owner leading up to our visit to explain about check in and help with any questions. Plenty of equipment (cutlery, etc) and supplies of tea/coffee. Would definitely recommend properly and would stay again if in the area.

Tina has been a wonderful host and made sure we had a spectaculair holiday at her bungalow. The communication with and instructions from her were excellent. The bungalow itself was very well organized and tidy. We really had the feeling we were welcome at the bungalow. The weather was lovely when we stayed, that helped enjoying the bungalow and the surroundings more. We loved the little touches Tina added to the bungalow. Besides that the bungalow was very well equipped and clean. Would definatelly recommend!

This was our first trip to Kent and we were really pleased with the location of the bungalow. It made it very easy to travel around, visiting different places on the coast. The house was spotless and the best equipped holiday rental we have stayed in. The communication prior to and during our stay was brilliant. Tina was extremely helpful. The kids loved the games table and outdoor games. We also have an EV car so the charger was very useful and we were charged a reasonable rate for using it. We had a lovely stay and I’m sure we will be back. Gemma and family.

My family stayed for a week in this beautiful bungalow. Everything was spotlessly clean. Very well equipped too. Tina really has thought of everything. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows to choose from. The kids (and hubby) loved the retro games coffee table. The garden is great, very secure for our dog. Lots of garden furniture too. We loved the location. We walked along the promenade into Herne Bay (about 30-40 mins) and then got the bus back. Also a beautiful costal walk to Reculver Towers in the other direction. We were 15mins to an hour drive away from Whitstable, Canterbury, Margate etc. I would 100% recommend staying in this gorgeous bungalow to anyone wanting to visit North Kent (especially if you're bringing your dog). Extremely dog friendly even providing towels and throws. Thank you to Tina for all the brilliant communication too. We had a lovely time.

Tina has supplied all (and some nice extras) for a great Holiday rental. The location is great for pet owners with walks from the doorstep, and just a 6min walk to the beach. Everything and more made our stay very enjoyable.

Brilliant property with everything one would expect and more. Location was also perfect, very quiet but only a few minutes walk to the beach or out on to coastal path. We also enjoyed some great meals out in local pubs. Overall brilliant and relaxing 10 days.

The bungalow is absolutely awesome, the deco amazing, game and equipment 2nd to none, great location, had a fantastic 40th Anniversary 4 day weekend, kids and family arriving on the Sunday great times had by all, plenty of room to run around eat, we just played all day, will be returning soon, Thank you we had an amazing time.

This property is amazing. One of the best Vrbo places we have stayed. The style if the place is very classy, spotlessly clean and special touches that make it a great getaway. We used all the fun stuff, including the roulette table. Close for nice walks along the coast into reculver and Hernebay. Definitely going back.

We stated as a family of 4 (2 teenage boys) and a small dog. The bungalow is lovingly furnished and very comfortable. We lacked nothing. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I loved the short walk from the house to Teculver Towers.

One of the best places we stayed at, communication with the owners was 1st 🥇 Class. Property itself is perfectly located fields across the road and great walking tracks down the road. Just a short walk down to the beach and a 15 min walk into town. We brought two dogs with us and this luxury House was perfectly equipped for them. After the long walks on the beach they could easily sleep and relax inside or outside. While we were there we visited the national trust properties in the area,then back for a wine 🍷 and game of chess ♟️. There is so much positive things that if I keep writing ✍️ then it’ll be a book. All I can say is I highly Recommend this property and it meets all expectations and More…..

We wanted a home from home family weekend away with our dog (Hugo), with easy access to dog friendly walks including the beach. Well we got exactly that with all the bells and whistles. Many thanks to our host who made us feel very welcome with some surprise sweets and biscuits. The bungalow was perfect, we loved it. Perfectly clean with all the comforts and quirky extras thrown in for good measure. Hugo can look forward to many more weekends away going forward and if they are good as this one we will have a very happy doggy.

We booked this bungalow for 4 weeks while we were waiting for new house to be finished so not really a holiday. We have rented holiday homes in the past and can truly say this is the best we have ever stayed in. This bungalow is like a home from home, superbly equipped with everything you need. With great cliff to walks, and easy access to beaches, you won’t be disappointed. As we were a long let we were greeted personally by owners who made sure we were comfortable on how everything worked. A nice surprise to find home made cakes and lots of sweet treats, milk and bottle of wine chilling in fridge. We can highly recommend.

Immaculately clean, great facilities and lots of lovely, well thought out touches, making it easy to feel at home throughout your stay. Fantastic accommodation with everything you need supplied to ensure a really pleasant stay. .Contactless check-in made things very easy so it was great just being able to let ourself in and get straight into the bungalow ! With clear instructions, extremely thoughtful host with great communication throughout.The location is great, lots of lovely walks and beautiful scenery.Would love to come back at some point. We stayed here for 3 nights over Christmas, from the moment we booked correspondence with Tina was perfect. When we arrived the bungalow was spotlessly clean, homely and every room smelt lovely….attention to detail is 5 star! Tina had decorated the table for us, there was a Christmas tree and added extra goodies too! The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. A short walk to the beach and Reculver towers blew away the Boxing Day cobwebs! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again we had a fab time! Thank you so much Tina & Steve xx
