Waterfront location & excellent staff

Awesome place! Great staff and a lot of fun. Easy access to entertainment and local events. Have stayed here several times and will continue to do so whenever I am in the area. Highly recommended!

Room was surprisingly clean. Nice Florida beach vibe waterfront restaurant . A couple of drawbacks. People that were obviously locals and not staying at the hotel totally took over the pool area, drinking and smoking, the last night of our stay there was a domestic disturbance on one of the ground floor rooms, 2 cop cars showed up to break up the fray. Would we stay there again, yes, but be prepared for a little redneck rendezvous experience.

Excellent place to stay

The restaurants were amazing. Staff and service were awesome. They were short staffed for housekeeping however, everyone was really nice.

This place is great... dont expect "resort-style" vacationing tho, its not club med... but if you want to relax by the water, have a few drinks, see a few bands, be able to walk to some places and park without stress - this is the place.

Only disappointment was having to cross the street to get a drink. No bar service available by the pool.

it was very nice, relaxing a private view of the pool. I would definitely do this again.

I love Sebastian and have stayed at Hirams previously. No hot water, no towels at the pool. Pool condition needs to be resurfaced. Trash in the bushes This is the second stay where room reeked of cigarette smoke. I spoke to the front desk about the lack of hot water and was told it takes 10-15 minutes to arrive. That would have been good to know ahead of time. For the price this property is not up to standards. Location is great. We’ve lived In Sebastian and familiar with Hiram’s and always eat at the restaurant. Hotel is a bit disappointing.

Front desk staff was generally well trained in regards to basic booking procedures but were unable to provide any specific details about their security deposit procedures and how they go about returning your deposit. I still have not received a $100 deposit and a $50 deposit from two separate reservations. after calling and speaking with another defensive and apathetic front desk staff member, I was told that the monies were to be returned after 72 hours and was denied any further explanation as to why I still have not received the deposits after almost 10 days and 7 phone calls. Poor customer service and multiple procedure/policy inconsistencies. Train your frontline team or outsource to someone who can. Good Customer service = return clientele.

I I like the service on the hotel the only thing that I don't like that you got to spend a lot of money and breakfast is not free you got to spend it when your money they charge you for breakfast and stuff and the hotel to for eating the lobby that's the only thing dispensing

Fun place to kick back and relax. Great old Florida feel!

This was our first time at Capt Hiram’s and we will definitely be back. We celebrated a mini honeymoon and we had such a blast. Thank you!

Absolutely wonderful place

I am pleasantly surprised! Capt Hiram’s is hidden gem! The hotel is very clean, the staff was super nice and the amenities were awesome! We walked to the bar and restaurant behind the hotel and the food was terrific. Shout out to Erin at the front desk for going out of her day to make our stay the best!!!

There is an ocean theme, amazing dining options nearby, right next to the river. I grew up in this town and Captain Hirams has been awesome since the day they opened and they just get better with time. Perfect! You can bring your family, your mom (mine was disabled and the accessible room was perfect to her), have a getaway, go and enjoy a night life, sit by the pool. Good coffee options! Beautiful rooms. Many have a balcony.

Very nice stay, pretty much a younger yuppy type hang out but overall good time for an old guy !

I liked everything. The staff is super friendly & helpful especially at check in. Parking was convenient & easy.

This was a nice and fun place to stay with everything you needed right there or a close drive to the beach. The staff was friendly and the front desk staff was excellent. We arrived very late and the girl at the front desk, Iris was extremely helpful and accommodating. Definitely look forward to going back again. Have been wanting to go for years.

It’s a really nice small resort. The rooms are lovely. Everyone is friendly and hospitable. The restaurants and water activities are across the street and it’s a good variety for everyone.
