The property seemed nice on arrival and we thought all was well but that didn’t last long.

After arriving onsite and trying to get I to the room, we ended up getting stuck outside until Vacasa support could give us a working code as the door lock did not support the code they gave us. The second day we were having our friends over for breakfast with the kiddos and were interrupted by Vacasa staff beating on the door like a crazy person rather than knocking and made a big issue about of friends visiting saying that at no time can more than 4 people be in the room. After dismissing the rude staff we started noticing things like dirty dishes, roaches, and low water pressure. We thought that would be the end of it but then noticed the lamp in the corner was placed in the corner because the glass was broken and we quickly noticed how dangerously sharp it was and had to move it so the kids could not get near it.
