The unit was very cute, the main bed mattress was very comfortable, we loved the Japanese flavour. Staff were very responsive via wattsapp. We wanted to stay near the airport so it was a great location for us especially if you have a car, because there isn't a lot of close shops nearby. They had a laundry room at the resort, but we were out everyday, so didn't check it out, but there is a 24 hour laundromat the next street over and KFC nearby for Westerners.

The water pressure in the shower was non-existent and our air conditioner started spitting ice at us in the early hours of the morning but the staff fixed it straight away that day and we didn't have any more problems. Everything else was great for a family.

La tranquillité de l'endroit. Chambres confortables. Petite cuisine sympa. Pouvoir y emmener mon petit chien 😃. Le personnel très accueillant et disponible. Il manquait un grille-pain, ils me l'ont amené immédiatement.

J'y avais séjourné l'an dernier déjà, mais cette année les draps étaient tâchés et... douteux. Propres certes mais douteux. Il leur faudrait vraiment veiller à ça. Des draps blancs doivent rester, BLANCS.

Location and no security

Property is very beautiful, looks the same as on photos. There’s a kitchenette with everything necessary. I liked the bed, house planning and a working table. Whole house is cute and aesthetically appealing

There’re several things I dislike about this property and my stay: - lots of russians around, their kids were loud and once there was a russian karaoke pool party after 10 pm - generally many people around, pool was always busy - I got 5 parcels during my stay, wrote the staff every time I got a new one but no one came and picked them up. So we lived with many boxes in the room. - there’s a problem with pipes in the shower and kitchen - no cleaning, no changing towels and bedsheets, even no extra toilet paper rolls. Because of wind we also had lots of garbage near front door that no one cleaned - you need to pay 2000 thb or 100 usd as a deposit + electricity 7 thb per kw - we could only drive via one gate because no card was available for us to exit the territory from the second gate - it makes no sense to stay there if you’re not going to rent a car or a bike, everything is very far

Nettes Design und der Pool war ganz nett und direkt gegenüber der Unterkunft. Ruhige Gegend und die Kinder können frei auf der Straße spielen. Gute Größe der Unterkunft. Nachfrage nach mehr Handtüchern wurde schnell umgesetzt.

Alles in allem würde ich die Unterkunft nicht nochmal buchen. Absolut schlechte Lage und die Unterkunft ist so billig wie möglich eingerichtet. Betten super hart und es gibt z.B. kein Geschirrhandtuch, keinen Putzlappen, alles nur 4x (4 Gläser, 4 Gabeln etc.). Das eine Badezimmer hat sehr gestunken, das Duschwasser ist nicht abgelaufen. Man muss 3000 THB Kaution bezahlen und der Strom wird seperat abgerechnet. Finanziell kein Thema, aber bei was für einer Unterkunft gibt es das schon? Strom lag bei uns für eine Woche bei ca. 20€. Die Betten waren leider sehr hart und unbequem. Es gibt keinerlei Nachtlampen oder ähnliches und man hat entweder Flutlicht oder dunkel. Sehr unangenehm. Es gibt mehrere Wohnungen in der Siedlung hier zu mieten. Schaut euch gerne die Bewertungen davon auch an. Alles in allem eher enttäuschend und ich würde nicht nochmal wieder kommen.

The location isn’t perfect, it’s far from the famous places and restaurants, you have to rent a transport if you live in this area
