The rooms are so so at this hotei but I guess appropriate for the price. When the internet work it was very fast but it failed every night and usually in the morning. I had to go to a place above the lobby where the internet signal work 75% of the time. The good news was the staff was helpful and tried to fix the internet as quickly as possible. I had to change rooms simply because the internet didn't work in the first at all. The second room was an interior room and had no air circulation and no AC. So it was pretty stuffy from an air quality standpoint. The rooms were also noisy as are most in Mexico due to all the tile and hard surfaces in these hotels. On the positive side, as I mentioned, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was outstanding. Overall, for the price, it was okay.

Good overall stay. Beds were too firm for my taste. There is no a/c on all hotels in Zacatecas due to the cool weather so take that in mind. There was no hot water for a second but they fixed it within 30 minutes

This hotel is comfortable, affordable and close to many attractions. I highly recommend it, and it’s very clean and quiet too.

Good hotel for the price you pay. The rooms are old but clean. Need to renew them. The best thing of the hotel is the location, it is at the center of the centro histórico. The people at the front desk is nice but are not so well prepared.

I really enjoyed their location, close to everything, makes it easy ton go back to your room as many times as you need, when you're traveling with kids and grandma.

EL HOTEL TIENE UNA EXCELENTE UBICACIÓN, LO MEJOR DE LA HABITACION ES EL BAÑO. PÉSIMA BIENVENIDA EN RECEPCIÓN, PAGUÉ HABITACIÓN CON DOS CAMAS FULL Y PRETENDÍAN HOSPEDARNOS EN UNA KING, ESO SE ARREGLÓ POR MI RECLAMO. NO ME DIERON LO ACORDADO EN CUANTO VISTA AL CERRO DE LA BUFA, EL ESTACIONAMIENTO ES DISFUNCIONAL, ROPA DE CAMA VIEJA, FUERON A ASEAR LA HABITACIÓN A LAS 6PM, LA TV ES PEQUEÑA Y ESTA CASI EN EL TECHO, PERSONAL NO SALUDA, NO SONRIE. ES UN HOTEL PARA CUANDO NO HAYA OTRO EN DONDE QUEDARSE. NO LO RECOMIENDO.

The rooms were small. The beds were hard. When we asked for more towels (we had 2 for a party of 4), they sent two more that were tiny and looked like they were 10 years old. In the morning we requested an iron and were told to wait until 8 o'clock when the cleaning ladies showed up and they would contact me. obviously the front desk and ported had no access to irons. By 8:30 I was still waiting for a call. My mother-in-law had to go down to the front desk and was told that there were no available irons. A cleaning lady walking by overheard and said she may have one.

We had a great time in Zacatecas which is a beautiful colonial city. The hotel was nice, great location and clean. We had a room at the front which has a nice view of the street, only problem was that is a bit noisy, specially from the the neighbours next door as the room is one of those connected and separated by just one door, I think there were like 8 of them in one room. Also, when we needed a couple of basic things like glasses, a plate and a knife we had to ask several times and at first they said it wasn't possible, but in the end it turned out to be. Not a big deal, but hotels should be able to easily provide things like this, specially since they have a restaurant.

Hotel location was perfect...close walking distance to central, several little juice and food businesses in the block, the city is so walkable, people were so kind and helpful....it was wonderful. The woman cooking breakfast at the hotel was a love...charming,kind, great cook with a wonderful sense of humor. I plan to return.

This is a old, quaint and very Mexican hotel. The rooms are small but all that you need and very clean. In the evening I did not have any hot water in the shower, however, I did the following morning. They indicate the wifi is available throughout the hotel but it is not. The restaurant is only open from 8:00 a.m. till 3:00 p.m. The daytime female on the front desk is less than willing to assist customers. The morning front desk male was excellent.

Overall OK hotel.....the cheapest i could find....and I got what i payed for.....ROOM was clean, the decor was OK......the only complain would be that you could hear everything in the hallways..... but once again OVERALL would consider this hotel again.....

The only caveat about the Posada is that you need to book a room in the front of the Hotel. The interior rooms have no windows to the outside and appeared to be dark and clearly no view. Our room was fantastic, great view, julliette balcony with great door that opened up for lots of light and air flow. Would stay again. Very clean place.

Well, last time i was there , there was this woman and she was very rude and i still can understand why , however i went back this time and this time it was awesome , i like where the Hotel is situated , it's perfect to have a very nice sleep without any noise at all , mmm well maby a bit of noise from people who choose to stop and talk in the hallways at 7 am but other than that i was and am very happy and if i ever go back to Zacatecas i will for sure satay i the same Hotel , so thank you and the Hotel staff for makinf my satay so nice .
