Quite abd good loxation

We have always taken the 4 Grandkids away, somewhere close by ) to have fun & create memories . This began when they were little, In place of more stuff /Christmas Gifts that they would never remember ~~ Now they are teens & 20's & they still love playing games together , fishing , building fires ,talking about family memories , laughing etc. We plan to carry on the family tradition as long as we can & they want to :) FAMILY IS FOREVER This was our first time at this home & location & we all LOVED it !! Perfect & Beautiful place ! They want to go back next year ~ YAY!!

Wow, what a view in the morning having coffee on the top porch. I can only speak for the bottom bed but it was absolutely great. This house has it all. We are looking forward to renting it again in the spring for our next fishing trip. We all loved it , thanks for letting us stay.

Family gathered for our son's wedding. Everything was described in the listing. Charolet provided great communication. We will stay again.

Great house. Tons of amenities. We brought way to much stuff. It was an absolute blast. Killed the crabs and shrimp. Definitely will be back.

The house was just beautiful on the inside, so many little touches that alot of people dont think about. Friday night we were even able to look over the upstairs balcony and watch a space launch from kennedy space center. We caught crabs right off the deck every single day. My family has been coming to florida for about 8 years and hands down this is the most peaceful location weve stayed at. Also the neighbor Mr. Jack makes the whole house 10 times better. He is such a nice man. We will miss the house and Mr. Jack while we are back home! Location is nice as we went to marineland, kennedy space center, the beach and the springs and we were never more than about 2 hours from everything and without the traffic of being that close! If youre on the fence about renting, go ahead and jump you WONT REGRET IT!

We enjoyed the week on the river exploring the springs (Salt Springs, Mud Springs and Welaka Springs) and the Across Florida Barge Canal.

We went for 94th Birthday Party with Family and friends. The open concept was perfectand plenty of seating and eating space. The place was very well appointed.

This place is perfectly situated on the St. John’s and is conveniently located close to Lake George and some of the best springs in Florida.

Family vacation stay. My husband went down early with the boat and kids, when he got there he realized he left the keys at home 2 hours away and the owner was nice enough to let them get in early since he was stuck with 3 kids and a dog! There was plenty of room to park our two vehicles and two trailers. The place was very clean and super nice. Kids caught crabs and fish from the dock, and had a blast riding the golf cart around the neighborhood. Everything you would need for a stay was there. Great communication from owners and they are very friendly, we even added an extra night because we loved it so much.

My husband and I brought our moms to the river for a Mother's Day 4 night getaway. This house was wonderful & we were able to bring the parents due to the lift/elevator. They would have never been able to stay in a 2 story home with views like this, had it not been for the lift! Location is fantastic & close to the boat ramp & the neighborhood was clean and well kept. The property was so comfortable and had everything we needed & more! We appreciated having the boat lift as well & our 20 ft Mako with the t top fit into the slip just fine. Driveway is wide and long & that was very handy. The owner was a delight to work with and very prompt and friendly with communication. That view- especially from the upper deck- Wow! Lovely property!!

Pros: 1. The house has two floors which allowed my family to "spread out" and have adequate space to relax and sleep. 2. The lift was amazing for my elderly parents. 3. The view from the 2nd story balcony was very relaxing. 4. The neighbors on both sides greeted us and were very friendly. 5, The dock is super nice and has a great setup for fishing. (Having the sink came in so handy.) The fish did not cooperate with us but it happens that way sometimes. 6. We caught about 15 blue crabs right off the dock with the supplied cages. 7. There were plenty of quality towels available and the home was very clean. 8. There was fans, lawn chairs, and about anything you would need. 9. I had no need to contact the property owner and they did not contact me. For some that might be a negative but I like this. I am sure if I reached out I would have gotten a response but I appreciated them allowing me to focus on my vacation and family versus calls or emails to respond to. 10. There was an adjustable bed downstairs that was super comfy. Cons: 1. This is a remote community so if you want to spend time shopping or going out to eat, this might not be ideal for you. There is a small seafood restaurant down the road which was very good. There is a Dollar General not far away but anything else is 30 minutes or more away. Overall this place was great to relax and enjoy family. Well maintained and I would rent again.

This property is a quaint and perfect property for us. We go on an annual fishing trip every year. This property was directly on the river and had a boat dock and fish cleaning station. My elderly father was able to enjoy the stay more since there was an elevator to the second floor which allowed him to not suffer when climbing the stairs. The property was clean and perfectly fit our needs.

Charlotte was amazing. House was great. We will be back!
