We had a great time in NH! Despite the -45 degrees weather keeping us in for a few days we enjoyed the accommodations of the home. The wood burning stove was amazing!

Incredibly beautiful, very well decorated and súper cozy home, located in the best posible location, near every skii resort and all the atractions in the area. Jeff, was super helpful with everything we needed. We went looking for a nice White Xmas in the White Mountains and our holidays were beyond espectations. Definitly we will be back!

The house was clean and cozy. It had plenty of room for us all to enjoy. My grandkids especially loved the loft area. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay & was well stocked. Our host was great, checking in from time to time to see if we had any questions.

My family of 8 adults rented for a week in early August. The house had everything we needed including those necessities that you always forget (tissues, paper towels, cleaning supplies, coffee, oil, butter, etc…). The great room was our hangout space as well as the back deck. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and be social. We also enjoyed the fire pit with ample firewood. The host was great at answering any questions we had and ensuring we were all set with everything we needed. The location is convenient to many destinations and very easy to get to. I highly recommend this rental for both the property and service.

The house met all our expectations and the owner was extremely helpful. The location was just what we wanted, secluded, but close to restaurants and shops. We would highly recommend this home for a family vacation!

We loved the house! It was open, clean and spacious and accommodated our group perfectly. Communication was clear and prompt. Host was very responsive.

A very enjoyable and comfortable place; spotlessly clean inside, upon arrival. We stayed six nights in June and would have done another week if we could have. The main space—like a big studio apartment with kitchen, dining area, and living room—would work perfectly for big meals and evening entertainment. The long kitchen counter doubles as a bar. The master bedroom is good sized and the big bed is super comfortable. The other two bedrooms on the lower floor are nicely sized, and the loft over the kitchen looks like a fun space but we didn’t have much reason to go up there. A group of four to six people would have plenty of space in this house. Big plusses: 1. Location: The property is roughly equal driving distance between Crawford Notch and Mount Washington. Fifteen- to 20-minute drives up Routes 16, 16A, and 16B, and up or down Route 302 take you to a variety of trails on state and federal land. Good and great hikes are everywhere. 2. Owner responsiveness: The owner was very quick to respond by text or call to any questions we had during our stay, and offered good suggestions for local resources. This is a split-level house; you enter on a landing, and to the right are stairs up to the main space and stairs down to the bedrooms. The driveway has space for several vehicles, but with more than one car turn-around space would be tight. Nice, walkable neighborhood.

The house was spotless and has all the conveniences available. We loved the patio. The decor is typically New Hampshire style that we enjoyed immensely since we are city people. The owner was extremely caring and very accommodating. We had a great experience. I strongly recommend renting this house for your vacation.
