Appartement spacieux et bien équipé, situé dans un quartier calme. Idéalement placé pour découvrir le centre historique de Limoges. L'arrivée autonome se révèle très pratique et le propriétaire, réactif, à l'écoute, sait être arrangeant si c'est possible. Une expérience très positive!

The stairs were quit steep for an older person with luggage. It is an old town house so expect steep stairs.

Bonne situation géographique qui permet la proximité à pied du centre ville et la quiétude d'une nuit. Accès à l'appartement avec code pour l'immeuble et boîte à clés pour la porte. Literie confortable. Des prises et de l'éclairage de chaque côté du lit. De belles finitions, bien décoré et très propre. J'ai apprécié les dosettes de thé/tisane qui accompagnent quelques dosettes de sucres. Une hôte très gentille.

Petit studio style chambre d hôtel mais avec coin cuisine et belle salle de bain. Tout le nécessaire était la. Très bien pour une nuit

Il faudrait peut être ajouter une hotte pour diminuer les odeurs de cuisine et enlever la moquette car pas très hygiénique. Mais rien de grave

Bien situé, ce petit studio était parfait pour une nuit. Facilité de stationnement, un joli cadre dans la vieille ville, une propreté irréprochable.

Appart hôtel très bien situé, à côté de la Cathédrale, de la Vienne et proche du Centre-ville. L'arrivée se fait de façon autonome très pratique. L'appartement est quasiment neuf, bien équipé, totalement adapté pour un séjour court de 1-2 personnes.

Le lit était trop mou pour moi qui ai l'habitude de dormir sur un matelas très dur. L'immeuble est ancien, bien que l'appartement soit refait à neuf, le bruit des pas dans l'escalier et à l'étage supérieur peut gêner les oreilles sensibles, mais pour le prix c'est tout à fait correct.

The location

Too hot to sleep. Bedroom in the loft without a window, just a transparent rooftile to let the light in, it was roasting hot upstairs, too hot to sleep, although there was a fan, but it just served to blow the hot air around rhe room. Another smaller issue: no separation of rubbish possible and we discovered no recycling bins ANYWHERE in the area, in the end we took all plastic and glass with us in the car

They had just one duvet for 2 person (( if you want to sleap comfortable, you need another duvet but...

Great location and very clean, everything in the kitchenette you need

Like everyone else, no AC or even a fan. Had windows open, which was fine, until lads living opposite decided to have a a rave at midnight, ended at 3am. Fair play it was a Saturday and we’d only just stopped drinking when it started, so quick dance before bed, then sweated.

Very pleasant stay at THEIA Hotel & Suites. The property is spotless and has everything our family needed for a short stay. Great value for the money in a beautiful location.

Great price for a lot of facility with fridge, cook top, kitchen ware etc Quite roomy with large bedroom, and in a lovely quaint and quiet street. Brand new modernisation, everything is sparkling clean.

Nothing to dislike, only suggestions. We had 2 double beds, but no lounge area, I would have preferred a sofa instead. But there are other apartements available in the building with the one bed, maybe they have a lounge area? Mattress probably not the best, but at least we had 2 to choose from. Would stay here again.

No breakfast, Airbnb. But the place was superb, great location, beautiful apartment, it looks as though it had just been built / refurbished. Exceptionally clean, no scuff marks, everything was clean, fresh, again superb. Almost felt as though I should have worn my slippers on bedroom carpet. Loved the place, great feel to it. Very easy striking distance to centre and cathedral. Really comfortable. Very easy entry instructions. Loved it…. As I said, it had an great feel…

At a push, I would moan about finding the place whilst driving, very narrow cobbold street, with limited parking or stopping places but that was mid afternoon, later on able to park outside door for free! Excellent!!! Also, the entry stairwell, was interesting, almost a wooden spiral staircase which was tight with narrow steps and interesting taking a bag up to the room without wishing to scuff up the very clean walls. Not sure what I think to two double beds in same room but that’s my fault, not a great sleeper but I was on my own, so who cares …. But, if that’s the worst I can say ……. This is not an issue, as I said loved it and location

Had all the necessities, comfortable, heating was good, host was really nice and let us check out an hour later because we had a meeting online that ended late. surroundings was really pretty, and only a few minutes walk to the river and gardens

Location and value. All the basics there for a couple of nights. Theia arranged an airport transfer - though it was a little late.

Communication - didn't realise it was not a staffed hotel but a group of flats with lockbox entry. First person to arrive didn't have codes ( despite informing Theia she would arrive.first). Maybe booking.com should make entry procedure clear and advise bookers to enter contact details of all who might need entry information.
