The hotel was not maintained and even the staff is not so cooperative.

The porters and rest of the staff are not pro-active and need to be ordered. We pulled up at the hotel, approached the doors with our luggage, non of the 3 porters ventured forth to open the doors to their hotel!

The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful.

The rooms were basic and fairly dull, but I'm not sure whether that is to be expected in this type of hotel.

Rude and non-cooperative staff, No Cashless Facility, Temporary and non-comfortable furniture, They told that they do not provide Bill, booking.com will provide bill after check out and still not received the same.

It was really nice experience, huge room size, and best services ever had..
