Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect paradise! Waking up and ending the day with a view of that beach and a short 3-5 minute walk to the water was pure joy. The house we stayed at was a split level house for 10 people. Every inch of that house was beautifully done. CC was amazing with taking care of us and giving us all sorts of tips for the island. The only inconvenience was you had to drive everywhere which I guess that’s just Eleuthera so be prepared to either bring some basic groceries with you or drive to town to get supplies.

The house was INCREDIBLE! Each bedroom was clean and comfortable with a private bath. The communal spaces were spacious and great for gathering. The kitchen had all the appliances and utensils needed. Great property and I can't wait to come back!

The villa had everything you would want for a relaxing vacation and was very close to Governor's Harbor. Sammy, the owner of Sammy's Pool Bar was very informative about anything Eleuthera, and he mixed some fantastic drinks at the swim-up pool bar! The view of the ocean from the edge of the pool is what you see in the pictures! We had a great time meeting CC as well. She met us at the villa and was very helpful at every turn. Would certainly return! It doesn't disappoint. Highly recommend staying here. The driveway into the property needed a little smoothing out, and we heard from CC that might be on the short to-do list.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation at Cocoa Villa in Sky Beach Club was better than perfect. We enjoyed a lovely home with plenty of privacy for everyone. The house was equipped with everything we needed and the description was 100% accurate. The morning sunrise from the living room, front deck or bedroom was the perfect way to start our day. Our host, CC was always available and just a pleasure to talk to. At the Sky Beach Club we could swim, order cocktails, dine or just sit on the beach. Chef Pascal is an 5-star chef. We hired him for a private dinner and were so impressed with the various dishes he prepared for us. Each dish was better than the next and the presentation was over the top. I highly recommend Coco Villa, Sky Beach Club and Pascal. It is the perfect location to sit back and relax or explore the Island like we did. We will be back.
