House was cozy and exactly what we were hoping for. We really enjoyed the fireplace and place had a great deck. Definitely cannot beat the location as we stayed for a ski weekend and Gunstock is less than a 2 minute drive. Entire experience was wonderful and we will look to rent this spot again in the future. We had a fun winter weekend at Hidden Creek Cottage. We were only about 1/4 mile from Gunstock which is great for snowtubing. The cottage is small but nicely appointed. The only suggestion I would make is bedside table lamps. For those of us that read before bed that was a disappointment. Overall, I would recommend this cottage without any reservation!

We had an awesome time staying at the Hidden Creek Cottage. The place was spacious, cozy, welcoming, with all the items expected as we were staying in a private hotel. There was a group of 6 in town to attend a wedding this was hands down better than getting a hotel room. We all loved it!!!

This check in process was seamless and the property is very well decorated and clean. The house was well stocked with utensils, plates, paper towels etc.. so you can really make yourself at home. The fireplace is also a great feature.

We had a girls weekend here and had the most wonderful time! The house is adorable and everything was extremely clean and well maintained. The kitchen was surprisingly well stocked for a rental, the only thing that we couldn't find was a rubber spatula! That was no problem though! We loved the outdoor table on the deck and the fireplace in the living room. The little dishwasher was also great to have, it was nice not having to do a lot of dishes on vacation. The property manager was also very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend this cottage!

We had a great stay at Alex and Amanda's property for a summer getaway. The house is close to a state park beach, hiking trail, and Gunstock for various activities. We also took the advantage of the firepit and it was totally a highlight of our trip. Communication was prompt and the hosts were very nice to accommodate our requests. The house is not very big but has everything needed and actually organized and decorated in a very nice taste. The only suggestion we would like to make is that the bathroom may receive an update. The bathtub finishing was flaking off, and it somehow smelled when we checked in, not sure from the shower curtain or something else. In summary, we really liked the place and thank you Alex and Amanda! We would like to come back in the winter for skiing!

Beautiful place to stay. All the comforts of home and then some.Owners attention to detail is un-matched.Looking forward to my next stay here.

We really enjoyed the home and property. It was a perfect location for visiting this area, quick and easy access to the local venues, the lake, and other great spots around this area. Communication with the manager was amazing. We hit a few tiny snags that were easily worked out. We would definitely stay here again in any season.
