House was clean and was perfect for what we needed.

Close to everything. Nice family house. Well stocked kitchen complete with coffee and dish cleaning supplies. Beds and furniture are comfortable! Garage is an added bonus!

The house was clean, but not super comfortable, specifically the bed. It was also bare and had more of a hotel-feel than the VRBOs I'm used to. There were basic amenities, like a small shampoo/conditioner in the shower and a small container of coffee, but the VRBOs I've been to before have been homey and welcoming, with lots of 'extras' like a coffee/snack bar.

This house was great for our crew traveling to Arkansas to recruit. Each coach had their own bedroom to sleep in. We also had a great living room area to congregate in. Kitchen was great as well. Made you feel like home. I will for sure search houses with Vacasa when traveling again!

Centennial Park is only a few pedal strokes away from this spacious, clean, well-appointed biking hideaway. Let's start with one of the most important rooms - the garage;) The garage has lots of room for bikes! OK, the house is pretty cool, too. Bedrooms are spacious and comfy. The kitchen was big and had everything we needed without being cluttered. Two modern and large bathrooms were a plus as well. The place was very clean. We woke up without water on the last day which was an unwelcome surprise. We called Vacasa, but the water came back on before they arrived to fix it. I'm guessing it was an issue unrelated to this unit, so I don't believe this is a recurring problem. I highly recommend this place - especially if you want to be close to Centennial Park or UARK campus!

The house was great. It was clean, homie, inviting, spacious, close to everything. We enjoyed our stay!

Location, layout of the home, cleanliness, ease of access

This is the 2nd time staying at the house. Great house for friends to stay while coming in town for a hogs basketball and football game. We appreciate the hospitality!
