The condo is a nice unit with nice lake views and is tucked in a very quiet, gated community that has plenty of space for walking a dog if needed. Hot Springs isn't terribly big, so you are close to everything no matter where you stay. While the condo was clean and comfortable, I do have to complain about the beds. The mattresses were some of the hardest/most uncomfortable we have experienced and it would be a great idea to perhaps change these out? The only other complaint I would have is the TV needs to be on a wall mount that can be turned. We don't typically have time for watching TV on these trips, but we actually had some spare time one night and decided to watch a movie. Oddly, the couch is offset to the TV, which cannot be turned, so you find yourself sitting off to the side of the TV at a weird angle. Maybe it is a trivial gripe, but it is also an easy fix with a mount that can rotate side to side. Overall, it is a nice unit and it met our needs for this trip. We actually are from Hot Springs, so we can attest the location is a great spot.

We loved the Dogwood condo and would highly recommend it. The view, quietness and safety of the area were highlights.

This condo was awesome ! It was very clean , GREAT location to everything ! Downtown , shopping , restaurants, lake , & grocery store . Would stay here again .. also very safe , it was gated & quite .. loved it !
