We had a very enjoyable stay for the weekend. It was exactly what our group of softball players was looking for. Thank you!

The house was clean and the set up was nice , the only thing was for me the airport was too close we could hear the planes landing and taking off when we were enjoying the back deck ! Other than that the kitchen needed bigger skillets and pots we were feeding 15 people! We went out and bought a bigger skillet and pot ! Just keep that in mind of how many people are in the VRBO ! We thank you for how big the house was . I just wished we would have been a lot closer to the beach…

For the price this a great value. Close to everything we needed to do in Pensacola. The door keypad made noises at night which was alarming at first. Nothing fancy but adequate for what we needed.

My family just returned from a 3-night stay at this property and are beyond disappointed with our experience. Our main complaint is that someone activated the door code to enter the property at 4:30AM on our last night there, came in and then exited leaving the door wide open. We have no idea what the person's intent was or why they had the code to get in (fortunately, they were gone by the time we got up and discovered the open door). Given the time of day and surrounding circumstances (door left open, no announcement, van parked with lights on in parking lot behind the property), it gave us quite a scare - so there was no sleep after that. Further aggravating this particular incident is that the door "dings" kept going off our entire stay, with the first one occurring in the middle of our first night there. So it felt unsafe (like someone was trying to access the property) the entire time but we were never quite sure what the "dinging" was as the doors never opened while we were there until that last night. When I contacted the "Patriot Family", their only response was "I am very sorry about your experience. This is not what we like to hear or expect to see happen. I will forward this message to my team." That seems shocking to me. No accountability or explanation whatsoever. Because of these constant "scares" (and the totally unacceptable response from the property manager), we would never recommend this rental to anyone. Icing on the cake was the overflowing trash in the front yard even after trash pick-up, none of the bunk beds were made when we arrived (other beds were made) and bedroom ceiling fans rattled making it difficult to sleep. These are things you can live with (although would prefer not to at price paid). The safety issue, on the other hand, is entirely unacceptable.

Overall great experience
