No staff present, had to communicate through website, email. Not flexible with later check out and they ask the guest to bag their garbage.

A good, affordable option in a great neighborhood. It's a no-frills place, but it was clean and felt safe.

Great location. Lots of fun. Very cool. Nice neighbors. Helpful phone responses. Ended up parking on street, since meters were not too expensive and garages were a couple blocks away. Bathroom not user friendly in that there is nowhere to put stuff and sink is more artistic than flat.

The location of this place cannot be beat! Everything is walkable and easy to navigate. I really joyed the keyless entry and everything felt very secure. The room itself is pretty noisy due to the heavy street traffic but that’s understandable. It is a studio apartment with few frills but it suited us well for our stay! I would book again.

Loved this unique stay. The sink is a bit small for women with toiletries. No full-length mirror. But hard to beat this great location. Wonderful stay in this little spot.

This place was perfect for the two of us. It was easy to get to and enter. It was fun to overlook Newbury Street and we had dining and shopping at our finger tips.

Great location, no frill accommodations but it has all the basics. We come to Boston regularly, and you aren’t going to find a better location. If you are looking for an upscale place to stay, this isn’t it. But if you are looking for a clean, nice place with a great location, this is it.

Great room and great location. Easy self-check in. Clean and had everything we needed... TV not connected to Internet so not working, but we weren't there for watching...

I had a nice, clean little room with all that I needed for a three day stay. Nice neighborhood with the T about 2 blocks away. I would stay there again.

Located near downtown centre and clean.

Its a basic place but the overall condition of the building was a bit run down , curtains were hanging off the hooks and massive boxes stacked in the entry way, bed has no headboard and super creaky (though decently comfortable) its a "get what you pay for" compromise but I font think I would book there again.

Apartment with kitchen. Check-in and check-out were all done online and I stayed without contact with anyone. The location is great. Cleaning, towel changes, etc. are optional, so if you don't ask for options, you are free and free to not see anyone during your stay.

This property was excellent. The cleanest place I have stayed in ever in a big city. Lots of dining around and shops. Highly recommend!

It was not my fault that the passcode to enter the room didn’t work. I called the customer service for the correct passcode and was successfully able to open the door. I wanted to write the right pass code down so asked him to tell that to me again. He immediately told but I was not ready to take a note. I asked him to repeat that again then he repeated very quickly. That was too fast, so I humbly asked it again. Then he yelled at me like “(4 digit number)! Check the email! It’s already sent!” I responded like “oh, okay. Thank you so much.” even though I hadn’t got it yet. I then immediately checked my email but the passcode was not sent yet. Who would yell at customers like that? It was not a cheap property to stay but ruined my visit to Boston.

Superb location and condition. Only one thing….. no elevator. So for those with suitcases, be aware

First off, Hotels.com is EXPEDIA. If you are trying to avoid Expedia, do not use Hotels.com. There were at least 3 impenetrable layers of faceless corporations involved in this reservation. Once I realized the hotel was not actually a hotel, was not merely ~$300 per night but double that due to a deposit, and was actually a much-needed housing unit that had been taken out of the housing market by some investment holding company, I tried to cancel. (This was within 15 minutes of making the reservation.) I then went into the vertically integrated corporate-unaccountability loop, of one entity handing me to another, round and round Maverick to Expedia to Hotels.com to Maverick (who did have a nice but powerless actual person answer the phone)... Ultimately I had to dispute the charge via my credit card company. I stayed instead at a delightful traditional rooming house, Anthony's Town House, owned by real people who lived on site. And I booked with them directly!

Great area. Apt was clean and up to date

Overall good experience. Asked for extra towels and never received them. One of the bathroom lights was out and never got fixed. Can’t beat the location and although the room was a little small, it was comfortable enough for the two of us for two days/nights of sightseeing.

Great location! We are not types to spend much time in our room so this was perfect. It was a small room but very clean. Easy to communicate with Maverick Suites. There is a luggage storage place a block away. We would absolutely stay here again.

This was a great place, but very loud at night. If you’re young, it’s probably great. If you want to sleep, noise from people in the street below is pretty loud.

Wonderful location. Clean and renovated

The location was perfect and the place was nice enough. The table lamp was broken and the DirecTV remote didn't work, making it impossible to watch TV (several other commenters also mentioned this so it makes me think they don't read these reviews anyway). The internet/wifi was unreliable as well and kept going out while I was trying to work at night. But overall for the price and location it was pretty great.
