Bed comfortable

Noise from street until 2am. Karaoke on ground floor. No dedicated staff

Perfect situation, clean and comfortable

No nearby parking.

Accommodation was quite spacious and modern. Location was good but noisy throughout the night. This was not the fault of the hotel but could be significantly improved with modern double glazing.

Both single bed mattresses were old and uncomfortable with protruding springs, making it impossible to sleep. Also, although fairly minor, there were no towel holders or hooks for clothes in the bathroom. Very poor value for the money with minimum comfort standard not met, and no breakfast or parking provided.

The location. Hosts very pleasant

The price...at least £25 overpriced at £75 for one night. Dirty sink and toilet with long black hair everywhere. Hot water would take 5 to 7 minutes to come through. Windows would not open. Being top floor, heat rises and so it was sweltering. Supplied small fan not adequate.

the bar played music until 4:30 in the morning. the hallway smells of piss and beer.

Not a lot.

No food in evening, no breakfast, no bulb in the bedside lamp, top floor but no lift, a work in progress.

the landlord & his team were excellent . attending a funeral in mathry- when we returned looked after over 20 of us from all over the U.K.
