This was a wonderful property to stay at. Close to where I needed to be. Not far from the beach on the OBX. The bed was comfortable. The place was clean and tastefully decorated and had some nice modern updates. I absolutely loved my stay here and I will book this house each time I visit if it’s available!

What a wonderful property! Exactly as represented in the photos online. The host was very gracious, leaving us snacks, bottled water and coffee pods, along with a great "welcome" note! Don't let the distance from Kitty Hawk, Nags Head, etc., deter you from staying this far out! Grandy is a quaint little area and the locals are friendly, and OBX is just a half hour away. A great retreat for couples!

Very impressed just by the level of care the host took with us. From a hand written note welcoming us and giving instructions to anything we might have questions about, to making sure we had everything we needed.
The cabinets were fully stocked with coffee, snacks, and and seasonings we would need with our cooking. There is even a propane grill if you are wanting to have a barbecue out back next to the canal.
The house is in close proximity to the grocery store and shopping areas. About 10 or so minutes to the OBX water park! Also 25-30 minute drive to the nearest beach.
A great experience all around for my friends and I!

I absolutely fell in love with this bungalow online and even more once we checked in. It’s also perfect distance from the beach so that you’re not in traffic and you get amazing locations that aren’t packed at the beach. The cleanliness was perfect, the outside shower was great from coming back from the beach sand wash off. I would love to stay again!

The property was in extremely good condition! We all loved the walk in shower! We did have to drive a way to get to the beach, but we really enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood was.

Ursala’s place had all the appointments one could ask for in a one bedroom bungalow. All modern appliances with a good layout and nice lighting and plenty of electrical outlets. She provided snacks as well.

This house was clean and beautiful! Snacks and coffee was left for us to enjoy during our stay. We can’t wait for another stay with them.

We loved our stay at Barefoot Bungalow! It was extremely clean and the outdoor space was perfect! The homeowner did a fabulous job with all the details. Snacks, waters in the fridge, coffee, soap. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the shower was simply amazing! It was everything we could have asked for and we would definitely go back.

This property is one of the nicest places you will ever go. Everything was spotless, easy to find, and very well stocked. Highly recommend this rental. We will definitely be back. Our Hostess was very attentive to our every need, she had snacks and cold water for us upon arrival. I would give this rental a 10 out of 10

I went to meditate in a quiet private place and was very satisfied! I read my book on the front porch for awhile. Later I used the firepit. There were very friendly people that would pass by on their golf carts minding their own business. I would definitely stay again and bring friends next time and bring my boat. About 25 minutes to the ocean to the beach and shopping.
