This home was perfect for our getaway. The kitchen had everything we needed; the bedrooms were all nice sized, with comfortable beds; the bathrooms were great. The home was clean and in a great location. We had a very memorable stay in SLC. Thanks Tate!

We came for a short visit to SLC and really enjoyed the property. This was a huge upgrade compared to a hotel. Everyone had their space and we enjoyed the shared living room and kitchen.
The house was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Beautiful property. It will accommodate all types of families. The home even has a crib! Beautiful decor. Stocked pantries with dishes. Towels for multiple people even the pods and fabric softener sheets were included. The extra mile was the courtesy listing of local restaurants and activities. Home included games to spend time with your family. Books to read. Not even a block away from a park that has an everything for a day out. Perfect location. 5 stars plus some! Job well done!

Nice and clean place. We were there for a car show so we had picked it based on that proximity, but it ended up being close to several other places and restaurants we went to. Easy to find and navigate. Host was great and easy and quick to communicate with!

Cute house with all the amenities you could need. Loved the heated mirror in the bathroom and the close proximity to everything. Well established neighborhood that was safe and quiet. Host was super responsive!

Comfortable beds. Clean. Close to a lot of stores and restaurants. Enjoyed Lagoon Amusement park and the Cowabunga water park. The movie theater by our house was really nice

Came with my a family for my son’s wedding weekend! Blue Ivy is exactly as advertised. Beautifully decorated and modern and quiet. And close to everything we needed. Host is very responsive. I highly recommend Blue Ivy Oasis!

We were in town for my son’s graduation from the University. Our group was two couples and a single, so we had an extra bedroom. The bedrooms are very spacious and 3 of them include a desk. The back deck has comfy outdoor furniture, we had lunch out there a couple times in the beautiful spring weather. Having access to the garage was a great perk, 2 cars fit easily. The house was clean and well-stocked. Overall a great experience!

Loved this property!! It is the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in. It has been updated with a lot of extra enjoyable emeneties, especially in the bathrooms! The beds were all very comfortable and we enjoyed the back patio and the black out blinds. Would love to stay again!

The house was very clean and check in was easy. The only issue we had was the silver ware and some of the cups, etc were dirty and put back in the cupboards. Other than that, we had a nice stay. Thank you.

Enjoyed peaceful sleep on good beds, as well as showers in newly-remodeled showers. Good location for access to SLC downtown and highways to wherever you want to go for the day (but without the road noise!). Would recommend it as a stop for a family or small group of friends looking for a good rest after a day's adventure.

We were in town for a conference in SLC. It was a quick 15 minute drive. Great house. Relaxing deck to sit on and relax. Extremely clean. Tate was wonderful with communication. We will definitely try and stay here again .

Wonderful property. One of the nicer rentals I have been in. Very new, modern, and clean. Comfortable beds. Fancy shower with multiple sprayers. I would stay here again.

We came to Salt Lake for a company convention event and had 2 babies with our group. This house was SO perfect. We never heard the babies crying from the other rooms, the bathrooms are adorable, the decor is beautiful and homey, the beds are comfortable, and it was conveniently located to stuff we needed. We will absolutely book this house again!! Thank you for letting us use your beautiful home!! ❤️

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely location. The house was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfy (the master was quite firm but I like that). We would definitely stay here again.

Tate really went the extra mile when remodeling and redecorating this property! Some favorites--- the luxurious rug in the big upstairs room, beautiful tile job and fixtures in both bathrooms, waffle mix and iron and toppings at the ready, smoothly operating blinds and cozy fireplace. The list could go on! There are lots of great restaurant options close by and easy access to the freeway. Very comfortable and spacious for our group of 6 adults and a toddler (high chair and pack 'n play provided!) Would work just fine for 8 people too! Enjoyed our stay very much!

This home was SO perfect, especially for the price we rented it for & how big it is! It’s located in the perfect spot, super close to everything. When we arrived, checking in was super easy with the keypad, and it was so clean from the minute we walked in the door. 10/10!!
