Beautiful house with lots of common space. Nice sized bedrooms. Worked out perfect for a guys fishing weekend!!

We arrived Friday night and were very pleased with the property. It was pristine when we walked in. We received a welcome text letting us know if we needed anything to feel free to contact the owner. The beds were amazing, comfortable with lots of great pillows. Most hotels I can not sleep through the night or if I do my back is killing me when I get up. Woke up each day feeling well rested. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking our meals which saves so much on not going out for every meal. Overall a great place to stay. Great view of the lake and a nice park right across the street. We were in town for a robotics competition for our daughter so we were gone most of the day but close to school so able to get back and relax was great. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice get away.

I stayed with my parents and my toddler for a weekend visiting other family in Berrien Springs. The house has everything you could want or need from toiletries to kitchen items. The house is very spacious and incredibly clean. Being near the playground and lake were great perks. Easy check in and good instructions.

House was great location, cute and had everything we needed. The view of the fall leaves and lake were beautiful. Had a great trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here while attending a Notre Dame football game. A half hour from the stadium, in a nice neighborhood.

My friends and I had a wonderful time at this charming home. It was just as pictured. The management company was very easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay there again.

Just an fyi: the house requires better dusting. I would have liked access to bathroom spray.
Circulation with a portable fan would be great.

The rental is beautifully decorated and has a lot of extras too. The location is so nice. Right across the street from Lake Chapin. Nice small downtown in walking distance. Lots of wineries to visit. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We were in Berrien Springs for a short visit with family. Perfect location for us. My grandkids really enjoyed Wolf Park (right across the street). This home has been lovingly set up. Very comfortable and very clean. I would definitely choose this property for another visit.

Our group was so impressed by the quality and cleanliness of this house. Everything seemed new! The location was perfect. We had a wonderful time and are hoping to visit again!

The home was very comfortable and very nicely decorated. We only stayed for two nights and wish we would have had more time to enjoy the home and the park across the street. Do be aware that Unique Stays charges per person, up to five people for this house. I had searched on Expedia originally for two people, but they needed the exact number of persons to charge accordingly, instead of one charge for the house.

We chose this place because of the location in the middle of all the day trips we wanted to take. It is exactly as described down a quiet little lake end street. There is a park across the road that not only had wonderful set up if there were kiddos in the party, but also with benches overlooking Lake Chapin. We walked there multiple times in the morning or evening. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels and convenient to have use of the washer/dryer. Didn't have to do laundry immediately on arriving home. We only had one vehicle but the driveway was very generous and could hold multiple vehicles. Even met the next door neighbor who was so nice and gave us some great suggestions on places to visit and places to eat. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed at ‘Lake Chaplin views’ while visiting my daughter and family in Berrien Springs. It’s a great spot, close to the lake, a few shops, plus a nice little breakfast place.
Spacious, clean, and convenient we highly recommend for a short or even a long stay. Thank you!
