My friend and I took our young daughters to Chicago for a girls weekend. Anna’s apartment was not only so chic, clean and comfortable—the neighborhood was so welcoming and safe. It was definitely the best place to stay and Anna was a superb host with great communication and she made sure our access to everything needed for our stay was available and with ease. When I return to Chicago in the future, it’s not even a question of where I’ll stay!

Stayed a couple nights with my sister and two 13-year olds to celebrate their b-days and first time in a BIG city. The location was great, felt safe and found parking 1/2 block away (though could see it being an issue - make sure to leave enough space between cars to make leaving easier). The place was very clean, has comfortable beds, and easy to get into (never found any keys but never had any issues with keypad), walking distance to many things (Lincoln Park, a Target, a few Starbucks, many food options, North Ave Beach, etc.). The neighborhood is so nice we spent time just walking around nearby and its a great starting point for anything you have planned in the city.

Property was perfect for a quick visit to Chicago. Great location and very communicative property host. Property had everything you could want - we would definitely stay here again!

This a very stylish place in a great neighborhood. Walkable to tons of dining, grocery, a huge playground and Lincoln Park Zoo made it an especially pleasant stay for my kiddo.

This is such an amazing space that close to all the best Lincoln Park had to offer. All of the touches in this space from the appliances to furniture show great attention to detail. Our family of 4 immediately felt at home. The location is incredible. Blocks away from the Lincoln Park Zoo, great restaurants, coffee shops and more. It was a pleasure strolling down the tree lined streets! The beach is also an easy walk from this great space. If you want a taste of Chicago without the bustle of the Loop then look no further. We will definitely be back.

This apartment was clean, new, closely located to shops and in the heart of lincoln park. Our host was attentive and flexible. We will be staying here again.

My experience was great. I loved the location, parking, style, cleanliness, ease of access, and safety. My expectations and the needs of my family of 3+ 2 service animals were met. My summary is in comparison to a 4 start hotel. Relative to this alternative I the cost was equal, the luxury was probably equal, but the convenience of being able to walk my dogs without having to go through a hotel lobby was priceless. On the flip side, housekeeping, room service, valet, public amenities such as pools, bars, or free TV are obviously not available. Therefore, if you are looking for a safe and dog accessible location, or you don’t need public amenities, this is your place. For consideration, this is not an ADA home and if traveling with kids or dogs, make sure you have a guardrail for the stairs. WiFi was intermittent which impacted the TV options. This was not a huge issue for us since we were out and about. We did not cook so I can’t really provide much I put on how that would’ve worked. Overall, the experience was “best” (out of good, best, better).

Nice place and excellent location but poor host communication. My family and I suffered a terrible night as the door lock would not open when the provided code was used. We texted the host multiple times and called 9 times but there was no zero response till the morning. Apparently the lock doesn’t work well and its pure luck when it does. We later found a key inside the house that we started using (there was nothing communicated to us about using a key or where the key is located). The next morning the host contacted us offering an extra night as a compensation although they know that our flight leaves on check out day. The bottom line is if anything goes working during the stay you are on your own otherwise its a nice small place in a very good location.

We just had a wonderful weekend at this lovely property in Chicago. Ideal setup for 2-4 adults. Great location! Outstanding communication before, during and after our stay. Highly recommend ….we will definitely be returning!

Exactly as advertised! Easy to get around the area! Perfect for a long weekend! It was so quiet as well! Anne checked in with us at least once! Would definitely return and highly recommend. Be sure to bring a sleep mask if you like a really dark bedroom as the bedrooms back up to the alley and there is quite a bit of light at night!

My wife and I stayed here, first time visiting Chicago to see my family in the area. We had an all around great experience. The area this property resides in was full of shops and places to eat. We will be coming back.

This apartment enters from the alley (it's a wide, well-kept alley) and, strangely, doesn't provide privacy – the bedroom walls are glass. Otherwise it provides a comfortable, compact setting. The downstairs door was tricky to open and the unit had run out of shampoo, dishwasher soap and was down to just one Nespresso pod. You can buy these at the nearby mini-Target. The neighborhood is so full of cafés, parks, shops, restaurants, bars, even a free zoo, that you won't spend much time indoors.

We had a great experience in this impecable coach house. Our hosts were wonderful - very attentive, and responded immediately to whatever concern or question we had. It is a small two bedroom, particularly the bedrooms, but the sitting area worked well for us. We liked having a kitchen table to work from when needed as well as the large TV for movie nights. It is in a quiet part of Lincoln Park which we really appreciated. I was concerned about the access being from the alley but the alley is well lit and it felt very safe. I loved the clean, contemporary feel of this NEW place. I would definitely consider this coach house for a future stay!
